I got in a car accident and started to have a lot of trouble with my back. I started getting medical massages and that didn't help at all. So my dr suggested I went to the chiropractor. I researched and read a ton of reviews and decided to go to Dr. Greifs office and it was the best decision I've ever made. He's such a good Doctor and the staff he has makes it even better! I was soooo nervous but he's super knowledgeable and makes the experience top notch. Most doctors just take X-rays and summarize what you have going on but he actually took the time and went over what things mean, what phases of damage there are and what to look for BEFORE we looked at my X-rays. I think that's the first time I've ever gotten an X-ray done and actually understood what was going on. My back would hurt so much to the point where I would have to pop it on the daily basis. However, ever since I started treatment here (which has been a few weeks so far) I've seen a huge difference. I don't get as much pain at all compared to before. I would highly recommend to everyone!! I definitely plan to keep coming here for routine adjustments even after I finish my treatment. 10/10!!! :)

My wife first went to this Chiropractor, probably because it was close by, and she was very pleased by their method. It helped her neck a lot so I thought I would give it a shot because I have neck and back pain off and on. The first appointment is kind of long. The doctors procedure is to have you watch some informative videos and get and x-ray on your pain area, so don't expect to get adjusted on your first visit. Of course as much as you might want to roll in there and get cracked right away it does make sense to have that first "get to know ya" visit. After the first appointment it's all up hill from there really. I am glad I have stuck with it and am impressed overall with the whole operation. I have been about 12 times now and am feeling a lot better in the neck and upper back regions. Each time you go in, after the first time, doesn't take long at all to be adjusted and worked on. I am almost always in and out within 15 minutes. The doctor and staff are always friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice crack.

The staff is really nice. The adjustments and therapy have helped tremendously. I can get in the same day I call to make an appointment and the wait isn't long once I'm there.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Greif for about 7 years now. We first came in when my back was in bad shape and my usual chiropractor wasn't available. We haven't gone anywhere else since. He was very thorough in evaluating my problem with X-rays and questionnaire, and explained to me what the problem was and how he could fix it. Now I come approx monthly for maintenance and more often when needed. He answers any questions you have and makes you comfortable with the process. Great location for West side folks and I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. I highly recommend West Mesa Wellness!

A great chiropractor is someone who effectively combines learned science and the art of applying that science. Dr Grief knows his stuff, and is able, using his hands and body, to apply healing techniques. I was recovering from a torn achilles. After spending 10 weeks in an achilles boot which had as much as 3" of shims under the heel -- just one heel -- not both -- my back was totally out of alignment. In addition, I had injured my left shoulder using crutches. And then, of course there was the collateral damage from the torn achilles. The orthopedic surgeon reattached the achillles, but I had severely strained everything in the ankle area. Over the 10+weeks of inactivity, the muscles in my calf had atrophied and the tendons had shrunk. Dr. Grief used multiple techniques to realign my back to include electrical muscle therapy and drop therapy. He worked to readjust my hip and back alignment to help me lose the pronounced limp I had developed. For my shoulder he applied a combination of massage and ultrasound (in three visits, it was back to normal!). In addition he used his hands to limber up my ankle. I'm in my 11th month of rehab (the last 9 on my own). I am as close to normal as I will ever be. The issue was that I felt so good after leaving his office, it was hard to know when to stop treatment. I know at the first sign of any pain, I will be back to see him. I would never have gotten back my mobility without Dr. Grief's knowledge and applied talents.

My boyfriend started seeing Dr. Greif when we moved to ABQ because he is the only Chiro in the area that does Drop-Table adjustments. My boyfriend has a torn disc and has experienced relief and improvement through chiropractic, electrical stim, and massage all done on site. The treatments have made such a difference for him. He hasn't thrown out his back since we moved here. It's very easy to get an appointment too. The staff is so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.
