West Mesa Sprinklers

I called with a question regarding drip system winterization. He answered my question and assured me that I didn't need to do anything at this time. With my lack of knowledge, he could have told me anything and sold me some service I didn't need. Rest assured, one day when I do need a repair or upgrade, he will be my "go to."

We needed to replace our sprinkler controller. John was friendly and professional. Took time to explain how to operate the new system.

John has brought order out of chaos in my property. An old system, with broken or plugged up lines, mystery valves, etc., have pretty much been tamed. He's still working on a rational system that will provide appropriate watering to all the vegetation. He's wonderful to work with, and my dogs love him.

I wanted to write about how responsive John is....I had an issue and called him and he called me back several times to see if he could help. This customer service is by far the best I have seen out there! thanks so much!!!

Mr B is extraordinary conscientious in his work. My family appreciates locally owned businesses as opposed to corporate monoliths from whom one may expect a call one day from one representative and yet another representative on a subsequent day or during the coming week. The owner-operator, John Barks , of West Mesa sprinklers came over and analyzed our irrigation system. He gave us an estimate for needed repairs and performed the work in a very satisfactory manner. Even though considerable digging was required he left the yard clean and looking quite undisturbed. I recommend his work.

John from West Mesa Sprinklers was awesome. After a slew of unprofessional, overpriced and pushy businesses who had come out to my house to give me estimates (we're talking about businesses who didn't return calls, tried to reschedule multiple times because their "regulars" wanted my time slot, and tried to tell me i had to overhaul my entire sprinkler system for a thousand bucks...), I was expecting another unsatisfactory experience. He was punctual (a dying art, these days) and even called beforehand to tell me he was on his way. He remained true to his word regarding how long the job would take, and even offered to do more work within that time frame. He was courteous and very professional, and without a doubt we will be calling West Mesa Sprinklers again in the future.
