On 11/7/2024, I placed an order online for one cartridge and two suckers. I was charged $22.22. I was even charged a credit card fee of $0.22 because I did in fact pay. Their website takes you to Cannabis payment site called Dutchie. I arrive on 11/8/202 to pick up my order. I am met by two women who have no idea what is going on, but ask me, "Is this from Leafly or Dutchie?" I tell them Dutchie. They find it, all is well. One woman starts ringing me up for the amount of $14.40. I tell her no, I have paid. There is more confusion, and since I came in to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready- I tell them I must leave due to time constraints. I leave, and those same two women come running out to my car apologizing and handing me the order. I wake up on 11/9/2024 to a woman named Juanita (allegedly the owner), calling me. She accuses me of not paying and saying that she will be calling the authorities. I call back, attempt to explain the situation. She tells me they are not affiliated with Dutchie, and that I have taken the product. I will be attaching the receipt with the CC fee and all. I will also be attaching the text message saying my order is ready and taking legal action against this business if they even dare come to my door "with authorities" to question me because again, I have a receipt and I assume camera footage of their employees running out to my car to give ME the product I paid for. I will additionally be reviewing this business and warning others on any and all sites they are affiliated with. I am not sure if this is an incompetence issue, or a scamming issue. I will be letting the Better Business Bureau decide on that though.

This place has tons of options I will definitely be coming back great experience with all sorts of options!

This place is so cute and the people are so nice inside. I came in after a bad day at work and he brightened my day with his jokes and kind words also since it was my first time hooked me up with some deals! Will be again!
