Great landscapers, came on time, were careful, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend them for lawn service as well as weed control.

Been with Water Quest for four years and have been very satisfied with work and their professionalism. Four of my neighbors now use them as well. What has happened to this company? Time and time again we have called them about our yard and our waterfall troubles. The lawn is dead, and the waterfall continues to not work properly. My mother has always taken great joy in her yard. She is handicapped and lives on limited resources and can no longer pour out thousands of dollars to this company to do adequate resolutions to our landscaping problems. We once highly recommended them but no more.

Not too impressed with Waterquest. I used a LivingSocial deal for an hour of yard clean up and/or tree trimming. With a two-man crew, they really didn't get much done in an hour.I had them trim a small tree, and AFTER they did the work, they informed me that there was an additional charge of $20 plus tax for haul-away of the dead branches. Wouldn't it have been nice to tell me that before the work was started? They didn't do a very good shaping the tree, either, but it was better than having all those dead branches, I suppose.. I wouldn't use them again, although I guess since I didn't pay much I don't have a ton to complain about.

Used their service for my front yard Landscaping, some of it went well, but after the job was done, all the front yard plants died. No follow up from Management, and when I went to complain on their work, and lack of follow up, they took it as affront from the Customer. I would never use this company ..."EVER". May as well take the money and run type of company..

We had the salesman come by and he said it would be about a month before they could start our water feature. We never heard from him so I called and he said they couldn't get help and it would be another month....ok. He never called with updates, I always had to call him. Called again after another month. He pushed it back another month, no help......ok.The final straw came after wasting our entire summer, was my last call, he said they couldn't get the stone. I think he forgot his story about no help.We could of gotten another company but he kept stringing us along. The salesman was terrible and should be on a very short leash (terrible communicator).

Totally happy with WaterQuest!!! Re: sprinkler system repair / remodel. On my first call an appointment was set up for an estimate which they kept. A few hours later I was contacted with a reasonable estimate for the work and a date set for the work. They called and arrived early and the work was finished in two days just as planned. My yard was left in better condition then they found it. Just simply an easy and good experience during a time of need. THANK YOU WATERQUEST!!!

I had Water Quest come out to drain and clean my pond for 100 an hour. They arrived about half an hour late and stayed about half an hour to drain the pond. They did not clean it, they stated they did not bring the equipment with them. When I received the bill it was for 175.84. The amount of time they were supposedly here was over an hour and a half, and the bill stated that they had cleaned the pond as well. I went ahead and paid it , as I didn't feel like hassling with them. I did enclose a note explaining their mistake and expected a call to at least offer to clean it . No response.

I hired this company to do an extensive and expensive overhaul of my property last summer. They didn't do what I asked for and had lots of excuses for why they were doing it differently. They planted partially dead evergreens with excuses that they would regenerate themselves (they haven't and won't). They surely got a discount for buying substandard trees but didn't pass it on. Their excuse was that the tarp blew off in route. That might have happened but it wasn't the reason for the half dead trees. No pine needles were lying around, nothing dies that quickly and if the tarp blew off that shouldn't be my loss, they should have taken responsibility. I asked them to come in with a backhoe and dig up the large beds, remove the old Russian sage that had taken over, restore the soil and replant healthy material. After I paid them a hefty deposit I realized they weren't doing any of that. No backhoe, no removal of the Russian sage, no overhaul of the soil. They covered the beds with landscape fabric and dug little holes for the new plants. Needless to say the Russian sage is trying to take over again and all of the plants in those beds have died. The soil needed to be rejuvenated and the old material removed. They did the least amount of work they could and charged the most they could. They absolutely did not do what I thought I had contracted them to do. So spell out everything you want them to do. What you expect from them and what they do are two widely different things. Half of the other plants they planted have died and they take no responsibility. I assumed everything was warrantied but, beware, their warranty only lasts long enough for them to vacate the property. A planting job should be warrantied through the following planting season to see if the material takes in its new location. Needless to say, most all of the shrubs and some of the perennials have died ( a total of 12-15 plants) and they have given me the run around for the past month and a half and have finally given me the brushoff. The irrigation department did come up and check the system and do repairs thankfully, because there was a major leak in the system (faulty installation?). The irrigation looks like black spaghetti all over the beds, it's all exposed and looks ridiculous. They have some excuse that they never bury irrigation lines because they get clogged. Why is it that every other company buries or hides the lines? Saving money?I asked for them to regrade a small portion of one of my beds to redirect water from the driveway after it rains and instead they dug a small crater and lined it with rocks. Everyone that sees it asks what it is, if I'm in the middle of a project and what goes in there. Stupid solution to an easy fix.I finally got a call from the owner, Robert, who had no excuse for all the dead plants, took no responsibility and had no apologies for the poor service I received or the runaround from Jackie the designer and fast talker of my project. He did admit that they charge at least twice the nursery cost for the plant material so they can replace it if it dies but then refused to do so. When my job was done the planting season was over and it would have been impossible to tell if the material was viable until the spring. But they take no responsibility for dead plants!Do not use this company. And if you do you must review the contract very carefully and insist they change the warranty clause, insist on your approval of all plant material at the site and get the methods they will use to do the planting in writing before you pay them anything. Would never recommend this company.

James is my regular guy who takes very good care of my yard and lawn. If he sees a problem he brings something to try to fix it. He also always asks if there is anything special he needs to focus on each visit. Very knowledgeable easy to deal with.
