I reached out to several remediation companies and as soon as I spoke with Matt, I knew Water Extraction Experts was who I wanted to work with. His confidence and understanding of the job were quite apparent over the phone and from reading reviews I could tell he would do a great job. His workers obviously take pride in their work and have been with Matt for a very long time. The best thing about the whole process was the excellent communication from start to finish including several updates and adjustments as the process unfolded. These folks are consummate professionals and they do incredible work. I highly recommend them!

Don't call anyone else! We had another company come out when a water supply line broke based on our insurance companies suggestion. They were not attentive and neglected our situation. Matt and his team were referred to us and he showed up within an hour and pointed out everything that was not done correctly. He had his team at our house within a couple of hours. They took care of almost all the reconstruction. Everyone that walked into our home was very polite and respectful They made us feel confident that they would do an excellent job and they delivered on every promise! Thank you Matt and thank you to your team! I pray we never need your mitigation services, but if we do, we will only call you!

I can not recommend Matt and his crews more highly. They were very clear about what they would do, when they would do it, and what it would cost. And then they executed on that with efficiency and precision and got me returned to normal very quickly. I've never worked with a contractor that I have had more confidence in than the folks at Water Extraction Experts. They were courteous and a complete joy to work with in the midst of what seemed a catastrophe to me.

I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. We had a tenant leave all the faucets on when he moved out causing extensive damage to our entire house. From the first call Matt and his team were in constant communication with me and my husband to mitigate the damage. They worked with our schedule for the reconstruction and the home came out beautifully. I was absolutely astounded with their communication, professionalism and understanding when dealing with my insurance company. These guys made a horrible situation much easier to deal with.
