Worthless service, worthless support, terrible company. They are located in the right country.

Sometimes they skip pick-ups then don't reschedule. So you are left with needing to drag a full bin back to your house then deal with twice the amount of trash the next week.

The nicest landfill people ever. And your prices are too cheap. Will always use this place

I was there on one of their Free days. Of course there's lots of things like flies, but that comes with the territory. But the thing that really bothered me was the broken glass I found around. Hoping that it doesn't mean I've picked up some glass in my tires.

I tried to get a response to my trash pickup going on 3 weeks! I call and waited on the phone last time I called for an hour 23 minutes ( What a company and what poor service)

I requested over one week ago for waste Management to deliver a 15 yard roll off dumpster, so I could clean up my storage shed. I was on the phone for over 1 and 1/2 hours this morning being transferred around because nobody knows what they're doing and do not know how to understand English!! At the time I am writing this complaint online I still don't have a phone call from waste Management to confirm my order the one they were supposed to have done over a week ago. I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager which they don't have and the girl that was supposed to call me has not called me back. In other words everybody messed up nobody does anything. Now I'm looking for a different company that can throw away my waist and deliver what I need.

You website is a joke! Called the phone number because website said services were not available online. Then received a text message saying to call but listed no phone number to call. You obviously don't give a crap about your customer or their needs.

I removed the carpet, pad and tack strips from 3 bedrooms and a hallway in my home. Trying to use the normal garbage pick up once a week would have taken forever so I made a trip to the landfill, once and done.First, bring a copy of your waste management bill. You can go in once a month with residential waste at no charge. I didn't have a bill or time to go back home and get a copy. And, of course, I couldn't remember my password to login so I just paid the $22.95.This is not a place for a car. Best if you have a truck or 4 wheel drive. You'll need to go up to the top of the landfill to drop off your garbage. It will be tough on a car. Be realistic, it's dusty, dirty and smells. I wouldn't go if it has rained. The mud would be a nightmare. The guy at the scale was really nice. He tried to get me to go home and get a copy of my bill to save me the money. I appreciated that.
