This was a fantastic experience and at an affordable price. Our lawyer was thorough, efficient and customer service oriented. Trusts, wills, all done here. We went over our choices, settled on the best for us. Services administration was responsive and kind too. After exploring other law offices, I'mGlad I decided to work with this group.

The misinformation we have received from this place has been very troubling and concerning. We specifically asked if our Power of Attorney would allow us to represent my father in a court matter and were assured it would; however, this was far from the truth and nearly resulted in a catastrophic outcome when my father was unable to speak for himself. Additionally, the POA that was drafted lacked certain requirements for banking needs. We also requested that the Warranty Deed be sent to an alternate address due to squatters in the home, yet it was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. I do not have confidence in this business and do not recommend.

Very pleased with my experience here thus far. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Elliot to the moment I walked out. I worked with the attorney, Simon Kubiak, regarding my family's estate planning. I was skeptical to consider this place at first, knowing the work must meet the highest standard with such an important task. One attorney friend of mine said they themselves got their estate planning done here. I was so glad I came in; and am delighted knowing the process to secure my estate is indeed in good hands.
