When you're flustered from roadside problems these guys help to give you the relief you were looking for. Charles was kind and knowledgable, and helped us get going again. He also went out of his way to fix an administrative problem with U-Haul that could have cost us a lot of money - He went the extra mile to trouble-shoot some issues for us that totally restored our faith in business practices! He was truthful, ethical, friendly, and professional! Way to go Wagon Wheel Towing!

So my family and I were driving through Moriarty and headed to Arkansas as we left about 16 miles out my tire ripped apart and I was on the side of the road well I called several places and they all networked together and got ahold of the gentleman over at wagon wheel tires and they came out to me on the side of the road and switched out my tire fast! Such great service! Definitely recommend to anyone. Great service thanks again guys

Wagon Wheel Towing was by far the best road side repair service I've had. My rental truck blew a tire, which was so severe it damaged the hull (and cargo) of the truck. Charles and his staffer came out promptly, and efficiently changed multiple tires, and performed emergency surgery on the truck. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and knowledge. If you have the misfortune of needing their services, you can't do better than these guys. Highly recommend.

Charles and Mike were our guardian angels looking out for us in the middle of nowhere. They were very kind and generous: helping us fix our disabled vehicle and giving us fuel, and even tossed us a shop rag to help us keep clean during our repair. They made all the difference between us going from stuck in the middle of nowhere to us getting where we were going (all the way to Dallas, TX... towing everything we own with our VW Beetle!). If you're ever in a bind in this area, you can definitely count on the good folks at Wagon Wheel 100%.

Wagon Wheel is the best road service! They saved us on I-40 East. We blew out a dually on our Motorhome. They were there in 30 minutes with new tire and fixed it. The blow out did damage to our coach wiring and exhaust system. They got the wiring taped up and did surgery on the exhaust system so we could be on our way. They followed us a ways to make sure we were okay. As we continued we broke down again and Charles talked us through some trouble shooting going on with our Motorhome. As we were closer to Santa Rosa at this point he referred us to Ortega Towing and said if they can't get us towed he and Mike would come get us. Ortega helped us but Charles would check in to make sure we were okay. We can't thank Wagon Wheel; Charles and Mike enough for helping us on our travels.If you have car problems you can't go wrong calling Wagon Wheel. They truly care and again Thank You for being there Charles & Mike! Highly recommend.

My nephew traveling alone had a blowout on his way to AZ from OH ... Wagon Wheel was w/in 15miles so we thought better to stop there than try to make 60-ish miles to his hotel on a sketchy donut & very little btwn if tire didn't hold up. Their website shows open until 5:30p but I called & was informed they really close at 5p but they would try to wait. Unfortunately he got caught behind a semi going 30mph & it took him longer than it should've to arrive. Long story shortened they waited & the tire was changed and for that I give them thanks. They however aggressively yelled at him to "Hurry his ass up..." as if the event in general wasn't stressful enough he was verbally attacked for things out of his control. AND they charged him $124 for a USED tire ... he drives an inexpensive car ... they completely took advantage of a desperate situation.Stay classy Wagon Wheel & keep your fingers crossed a Discount Tire doesn't pop up on the I-40 w/in reasonable distance from your location because w/ that behavior coupled w/ an unfamiliar brand name & a loving Aunt willing to write a factual review might just entice others to risk it & depend on whats left of their "wagon wheels" & keep roll'n on past u.

They were kind and helped us out when our trailer tire flew off, they didn't have the part in stock due to covid parts are taking some time but they helped us get to a place where we could have it finished up so we could be on our way across the country .

Charles was awesome & so knowledgable! We are towing a 29 ft trailer with 2 parrots, lovebird & 2 cats and we got 2 of the most inconvenient radical flat tires imaginable! He let us know it's not the amount of tread but separation and age and these tires he found were from 2006 on the trailer we just bought. So we replaced all 3 remaining tires at a great price and we are very excited that we will not have another blowout :)
