In the six months I have been going to Viva "urgent" care, I have had to wait several months for each of my "appointments" only to be called the day before and told my appointment was canceled. After months of waiting, I went in today and was again told my appointment was canceled. They said they tried to call me (they didn't) to let me know. My first appointment was with a psychiatrist, and I needed help. They kept me waiting two months, then canceled, not rescheduled, but canceled my appointment the day before I went in. My other appointment was for a physician. Again, my appointment took 2 months of waiting, then, without notifying me, canceled again, but didn't let me know until I physically went in. THIS PLACE, VIVA URGENT CARE, IS A JOKE. Do yourself a favor and avoid this mess of a place at all costs.

Very poorly managed. For being a new clinic, they've bitten off more than they can chew. Overbooked and understaffed. They have a crisis in identity as they're labeled as an urgent care but that's the last of their priorities. Also sees mental health, suboxone therapy, and primary care. Maybe if they picked one area to specialize in, they'd do better.
