For the Baby Boomers we had a big decision to make. After comparing the Vineyard community to the abq Meadows - it was decided that the Meadows was way overpriced and the Vineyard was more affordable for people on a Fixed income. Plus there is an indoor pool to use year round. We drove around and the neighborhood is kept very clean and pristine unlike the Meadows. No vacant lots or weeds like at the Meadows. The Vineyards has all large manufactured houses on permanent foundations and show a sense of Homeowner's pride with 2 car driveways. You may have to be on a Waitlist to move here - so that says a lot.

My mother loved it there. She felt safe, the park was clean and she felt that management took care of the place. Whenever we visited we always noticed how well kept the property was. The neighbors seemed friendly and usually waved.
