Villa's Roofing

If it were possible to give a negative review I would! I had my roof done two years ago, and had nothing but trouble ever since. As another reviewer said, 'what hood is a warranty if it's not honored.' When I call the mailbox is full so, I call again and by some miracle got Valentin on the line only to be told he didn't remember me, but he'd call back--he never did, and rather than going through the hassle again hired someone reputable.

Valentin has done a lot of roofs for me, and all of the sudden he refuses to speak to me. I paid him 950 cash to do a canale repair and roof maintenance on a house I was selling, The inspector caught some spots he missed and the new buyer wants them repaired and so do I, since I already paid for it. He told me he would be there first thing, then the afternoon then the next morning he never showed and he wont acknowledge me reaching out, and I have a 2 year warranty. What good is a warranty if it isn't honored. He has lost my business and my respect. I had to hire another roofer to do the maintenance on the roof so I could complete the sale. He re roofed another house for me and I've been trying to get him to look at how wavy it is from lack of adhering since March, but he never has time and now I guess he never will. He also burnt the bottom of my sliding glass doors installing the roof. That would be a 5 year warranty that is no good and two doors that need to be replaced.
