Villa Esperanza

These apartments are terrible, have lived here since 2019 and maintenance sucks they rarely show up to the apartment. The emergency maintenance line is a voicemail, very inconvenient considering it's for EMERGENCIES. Our apartment is flooding we tried calling the office for a week, they NEVER answer the office phone. The workers must be on their phones all day. They finally showed up after a week n a half, and keep in mind it's not only our apartment flooding it's multiple. Maintenance came early in the morning and said he need to call a pipe expert, like i thought you were the expert SMH! Manager and maintenance came again around 2 and saw the flood and said this apartment was the worst and they'll be back later and now here we are 7 hours later, house still flooding! I guess our health isn't a top priority here!
