Vessel Longevity & IV Bar

The worst customer service ever! I have never been to an establishment where they over promise and severely underdeliver! I originally went there with my friend to get IV's, then they talked us into getting a monthly subscription. That then built up to doing hormone replacement and a Dutch test. My husband and I each got a program with them. We spent a lot of money on the programs and we customized it to IVs, shots and medication. They ended up delivering my husband's medication to his ex wife's house (talk about a HIPPA and privacy violation) and causing some unnecessary drama. Then when I went in for my NAD+ infusion IVs they gave me the wrong dosage. The old owner (Dr. Cox's) husband realized the error when I was checking out and apologized and told me that they would make it right and give me a free push bag for after the NAD+ infusion. I called a few months later to make my appt and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for them to get back to me to tell me that they couldn't find anything in my notes to indicate that I was given the wrong dose. Then they said that they will call the new owner Kat to see if she'll validate what was promised. I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to tell me that she won't give me the push bag that I would have to pay for it ($200). I called to see what changed and why they wouldn't give me what was promised since it was an error on their part. They ended up getting back to me and 1 1/2 week later to tell me that Kat said it had been too long and since the program was over a year ago, she will not honor what was promised. The new owner of Vessel Longevity should be contractually bound (by the contract I signed) to honor what was promised and what I paid for...even more so, when the negligence of her staff gave me the wrong dosage.

How cool is that you can hire an IV VAN?!?! Those hard to recover mornings with a hangover after a serious fun night out or a bachelor party or a concert could be easily fixed up with a bag or two of special IV. The ladies can be pampered at a bachelorette party for a hair-nail-skin "glow" care. You can go see the Doc for a vitamin boost for specific care or an energy boost. I've seen an Oxygen bar but not an IV Bar. Such a great ideaRest assured, this is operated by a legit doctor, Dr. Michele Cox. Their van is brand new and equipped with comfy seats for your treatments. Want a unique gift to your loved one? How about an IV treatment?

From the quiz on their website that helped me evaluate what I need, to the phone call I got to further discuss my needs and pricing, everything worked like a very well oiled machine. My appointment was sent to me by text and email, I only needed to add it to my calendar. The day of the clinic visit, I was greeted by very pleasant staff. The place was neat and very clean. Those recliners.... Ah.... I could rule the world from the comfort of it..... I was walked through the paperwork on a tablet, easy peasy. The needle prick didn't even hurt. And, for the next 40 minutes, I relaxed and enjoyed the experience. I chose the Burnin'love with a boost of glutathione. Excellent choice! Excellent staff! Excellent place!

I had experienced a B12 shot from them back when they participated in Yelptropolis but hadn't been in to see them yet until now. I feel great I just wanted to do some self care and be proactive about giving my immune system a boost. Amazingly professional and friendly staff. No friendly is one thing but they were personable! They weren't just being nice they were truly welcoming and solidifying that connection. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this establishment and go again. Amazing snack bar while you receive your infusion and nice comfy chairs and pillows to sink into.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed overall. I had visited Vessel a few times for IV treatment and never had any issues until recently when I was seeking help with weight loss and thyroid/autoimmune relief. I was told that I was close to diabetic which I thought was an odd diagnosis considering that they are not doctors and that my blood work was very low and that I was a perfect candidate for the program. Once they started me on the semaglutide they had told me to inform them of any side affects or I would be denied further treatment. I started to have small side affects at first including my tongue turning black and crazy indigestion, of which the suggestion was to eat crackers. Okay, that helped some. However, only barely into my second month I started getting serious side affects such as headaches and nausea and my eyes started hurting and were super red and blood shot. The pressure of the pain left bruising that has since healed and after visiting urgent care it was suggested that the swelling was from behind the eyes. I made an appointment with my optometrist and they confirmed that it was indeed the semaglutide that has caused the eye damage and worse significant vision loss. I saw my optometrist only 3 months ago! When I explained what was happening and how concerned I was not only for myself but that "potential vision loss" should be included on the waiver, they were very unapologetic nor remorseful . I'd asked for a refund and they said that because I signed a waiver they were not under any obligation to repay me for this terrible injury. The waiver said nothing about potential vision loss.What used to be a positive experience has now turned to a very disappointing experience that left me feeling like all they care about is money! They didn't follow through with anything on their end throughout the experience but text messages and suggestions to eat crackers. Totally unprofessional and totally crooked business. I don't recommend them for anything.

What an amazing place & experience! I feel SOOOO much better!!! Very inexpensive for how marvelous I feel!

Dr. Cox is extremely knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. She helped me have a better idea of what type of IV would work best with what I was looking for and what my body needed. The clinic environment is comfortable and she provides you with snacks, Netflix, heated blankets and healthy drinks during you appt. I am definitely coming back and going to continue to spread the word!

Had the worst hangover, on top of being dehydrated. This one visit was so comfy and did the trick. I loved the setting and feel energized to get back on with my day. I can't wait to come back!

After my last experience I will not be back once they opened the new location things fell apart. Whacked out store hours without notice . But my last experience will have me look for another IV company .

I would highly recommend the Vessel Longevity & IV bar. I went to see them when I was struggling to recover from my covid symptoms. I got a "cold kick" and I started to feel better in about 48 hours. While I was there I overheard another patient talking about hormones, so I had those checked and they had a large offering of bio-identical hormones products as well as supplements to really assist me in feeling my best. I feel amazing and I felt that I was treated with respect and there was no pressure at all, just information and options that I was able to pick from. If you're in need of some help after a recent illness or hormones, I can speak from experience they are amazing.
