Vessel Health

When I walked into this office I was very impressed by the decor and availability of supplements to buy at their office. This is an office focused on Preventative health care for your Heart health, etc. Not surgical. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and professional. I was seen by several different ppl bc it was my first time there. They ran some tests and info from me as well as reviewed my medical records. They ran blood tests on me to get a complete picture on my health which I'd NEVER had before. I met back with them to go over the Blood test results. I was blown away by the results and the personal booklet that I was given with all the extensive info I would NOT have had otherwise. I was given some supplements where I was deficient for my heart health. I feel good about this practice and would rather do Preventative care than wait for something to happen. I know I have a Heart Issue so this is much more appealing.

I was referred to Dr. Harvey White's office by another doctor of mine. He was performing a routine examination and when listening to my heart, he heard a small murmur. He immediately asked me to visit Vessel Health to get it checked out. My experience with Dr. White's facility has been a good one. My first appointment was just before the almost complete shut down of the city. My next visit was after all the stay at home and no groups of larger than 5, etcetera, etcetera. I do want to mention that all in the building wore masks, including myself (per the offices request). Social distancing is practiced in the waiting area, but it can't really be helped during the specialized services. (Hence the masks)In order to try and get a good analysis of my heart I have had an echocardiograph as well as an echocardiogram performed at Vessel Health. The staff and doctors have all been quite pleasant and I feel very comfortable when I am there. Jennifer is quite nice and has been the main person that I have been communicating with regarding my healthcare with Vessel. She is very thorough and I don't leave feeling like my questions weren't answered. I have had a great experience with Vessel Health and addressing my personal cardiovascular needs and am happy to continue the progression of my heart health with them. If you want to assess the condition of your heart or cardiovascular system Vessel Health is a good place to do that. You may find that you're actually in better shape that you thought to begin with. It doesn't hurt to get a head start!

Dr White and his staff was absolutely amazing! I had a procedure done and they were so wonderful! Super attentive and helped me out a lot. I was so happy and comfortable. Thank you guys so much

Dr. White office "tech" was very rude, she refused to take a referral from Presbyterian health plan. The vessel institute had no intention of requiring any accountability from the office staff. There was no follow up on schedule availability. 0 out of 5 stars

Please be very careful going to this practice. They demand you cancel within two weeks of the appointment or they will charge you a cancellation fee. I called way before the two weeks notice and cancelled my husband's appointment. I also wanted to cancel my appointment but was influenced by staff who at first said my insurance was going to cover 100 percent and needed time for authorization. They kept us waiting for their return calls regarding benefits and payments. After several attempts to contact them unsuccessfully, they finally said that we still had to wait or we would have to pay for cancellation fees since we were calling to cancel less than the two weeks notice. In other words, they want your money regardless. We were never able to see the doctor. We were told Dr. White does not see patients, only his nurse practitioner. We felt very uncomfortable with the way we were being treated over the phone( no return calls, delaying answering questions about insurance and credit). Never had such a bad experience with a doctor's practice.
