Vera Perry - Coldwell Banker Legacy

I would work with Vera Perry over and over again, she truly cares about helping you find the perfect home. She made the process so much easier and was able to explain and work through all the bumps and steps in the homebuying process. I was a first time home buyer and was very stressed, she made the process fun and educational. I would strongly recommend working with Vera for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Also, I would suggest following her recommendation on a mortgage broker. I decided to go with a different one recommended from a different realtor and that was a mistake. My mortgage broker almost caused me to lose the house due to miscommunication and sending the closing documents to the wrong person right before closing. If Vera hadn't caught the mistake, and fixed it promptly, I would not be in my dream home. ​

Rating: very poor! We would give this "realtor" rating zero and not professional at all. My family, friends and I would never recommend to have any business with this realtor Vera Perry. There are very professional, highly experienced, the very top realtors in new mexico, particular in Albuquerque, with many years of experience and huge database of clients for selling/buying. This particular realtor Vera Perry does not have many years of experience, basically she just started but represented herself she is the best that in reality she is not, not even close to it. From our experience, dealing with Vera Perry, she is not experienced at all as so called "realtor", she is rude, not respectful, she might be late for showings and never gives you updates. Our opinion about her: she just worries about her reputation to represent herself as a "top realtor". We would recommend you do not waist your precious time to deal with Vera Perry while there are really great respectful realtors in New Mexico on the top who can help you to sell/buy withing a week.
