I started going to Vapor Rio when we lived in Rio Rancho. We moved back to a very rural area of Arizona. There aren't any vape shops near by. So I called Vapor Rio about getting things sent here. They are really GREAT about getting my order and sending it out on the same day I ordered it. They knew exactly what I wanted, even if I couldn't explain it right, as they could tell by my previous orders what I needed. Been doing this for over 4 years, and they are still the greatest.

Very nice staff, they know what they are talking about. Very helpfully. Ben told me all about their CBD products and how they work, I learned so much. Great shop. Nice and clean. Have ALOT to choose from and affordable prices.

Vapor Rio is the best shop I've visited since I started vaping. Their juices are all high quality and their prices are great. If you're looking to start, they are very knowledgable and will get you the perfect setup. If you're an old pro, they've got the goods to keep you going. The owners are super guys and will take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. They never make you feel bad for not knowing something and always take the time to explain everything and ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. On top of all of that, they're always happy to just have a conversation with their customers. This is how shopping should always be. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Great selection but the employee lady acted like she HATED her life and we inconvenienced her movie-watching.

Absolute trash place. Avoid this place at all costs. They're only open 4 hours per day and don't sell hardly any products. Completely rude people.

HORRIBLE customer service. Even management is terrible. Products are extremely over priced and they're super rude when you try to ask ANY questions. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go elsewhere.

Usually i go to vape shops and people don't really help me. But this store has literally the best customer service i've ever seen. SO friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, also doesnt just try to hustle and make you buy the most expensive juice. 12/10 would come back again.
