WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from. Most likely they were written by this establishment's employees and their friends, because this is by far THE WORST VAPE STORE I have ever happened across. The employees are awful. The girl couldn't explain anything properly, nor did she set up my newly purchased equipment properly. She actually ruined about $100 worth of stuff for me in total. She straight up lied to my face about the products I purchased. But that's not all!Their juice is garbage. Their prices are on the high end. Their products are garbage and they won't tell you the truth about them. Their employees apparently either have no idea what they are doing, or they are just trying to make excuses for why the other employees don't know what they are doing, or why they forgot to do this, and that, and this, and oh yeah this...I also found out they have a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy on RDA's and Mods(the only things you would actually want it for and just another thing on the long list of things they conveniently don't tell you at the time of sale) even when it's one of their own employees' fault that your product is broken. Don't waste your time, money, or energy at this awful establishment. They cannot be trusted.

First time here. I wanted to switch to a different type of apparatus for my vaping needs. Dannie and John were absolutely the best with me!! They didn't try to upsize my purchase, Danni checked my new mod and showed me everything I need to know. They have great prices, and ton of flavors and a very cool atmosphere. This is my new place for my vape needs. :-)

The staff at Vapor Pros are helpful and knowledgeable about various vape products. I won't go anywhere else.

I really like this place!! Very knowledgable of their products. Staff was awesome! Juice is better quality. The best thing when I walked in is they greeted me and they made me feel comfortable about my questions. And even cleaned out my automizer without me asking with no charge. Made me feel like a valued customer, and had what I needed. Prices great !thanks Tyler, Mark & Barbara

I absolutely love this place . The employees are great and the store is very neat . They do refunds if need . They have been great to me . Will keep going there . They have several different kinds of juices and if you want a special one they will make it if possible !!

i am new to buying mods. i thought I was getting a deal. when after the purchase I looked around online. for the same mod kit everywhere else was $45 to $55. i paid 95 to a company that i thought impressed me. i will not return... their excuse was they have to pay their employees that's why they rip you off an extra $50-$60 dollars. well guess what!!!! i work hard for my money too... Not to buy something and pay your worker at the same time. I could have bought 2 of the same mod kits for the price I paid for 1... They upped the price by 50% customers shop online.... Thanks for the great customer service over the phone and explaining why your ripping people off...

I go there to buy juice only. I find that their selection of e cig products to be over priced by 100 to 200%. Everything they have you can find for much cheaper online with free shipping most of the time. for example: Nhale offers aspires for $10 each for any of the models. they are going for $25 plus at their location. The Smok Magneto is going for $35 online/$1.99 for shipping, and they are charging $70 with tax included. Ridiculous!!! stop wasting your money on vape shops that double or triple the price of the products. BTW the customer service is MEHH... And the juice turns a dark color within a week. Horrible. so only buy what u need for a week.
