Amazing business and amazing customer service. I wouldn't recommend the enchiladas tho, that cheese is iffy.

New Managers helped with anything I needed, and they recently repainted and all new landscaping. Best part about this complex is the location and people!

The worst apartments I've ever lived at No security , a lot of drug addicts, lazy maintenance, a lot of bug problems and loud obnoxious area. This place is expensive for the area it's in. I don't recommend these apartments at all. If I could give no star I absolutely would.

I do not recommend valley apartments the management is extremely cheap they don't fix a damn thing here. There's drug addicts, bugs everywhere and it's loud area not good for children. Maintenance don't fix anything Extremely lazy I see them sitting in the office a few times not doing anything. Horrible apartments

Albuquerque residents of greystar, beware. I wish I'd seen this prior to applying, it appears they bought the property and are now the new management.

Honestly, one of the best apartments I've lived at! Staff is friendly and community is nice too. Highly recommended.

It's clear to see that the 5 star reviews are done by the new management staff. There's not a spot of grass here not covered in dog feces and or stickers. There are playgrounds that not a single child play on here because they are filthy, and homeless people sleep and use the bathroom on them. Non stop homeless traffic zone and they have no security here so they make themselves at home in the laundry rooms, clean themselves in the sinks there and smoke illegal substances. Gunshots are heard every night here. The new management thinks that painting the outside of the buildings will fix up the place lol under the new pains is years of mold and ragged structures. Very ghetto here, lots of fighting and loud disruptive people. When signing the lease, which was not held up and now all the residents here have seen a 150-250 increase, it was said there were lots of drug dealers here. By the staff to a person signing a new lease. Unprofessional.
