Valadez Towing & Recovery

Valdez fucked over my friend by locking her keys in her car and then not opening it back up- she paid for the towing and also has had to pay for a rental car for over a week. Will never use this place again. Apparently they also double-charged her. Terible service if something actually goes wrong- even though they actually created the problem. Sketchy. She has been unable to go to work and is emotional distress this week because of them ignoring her. Take accountability for your mistakes and don't make your client pay.

I called to get a tow, they were there to pick up my vehicle within a half hour. They then drove it to my mechanic who was nonresponsive. They had no issue towing it to My Home. Larry was amazing at what he did and I'm so grateful for Valdez towing!

Answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon, arrived in 15 minutes. Stuck on the side of highway at I40/I25 interchange with flat. Replaced tire. Couldn't have been a better experience in more difficult circumstance, definitely recommend.
