This post office in the downtown area is convenient if you need to drop some thing off to be mailed. Living in the area it's nice to not have to travel to mail things. Generally there is usually little to no wait time.

We live on a postal route in Bernollino County, on 4th st. We put up new mail boxes because we have had some of our mail taken from them. The new ones are mounted and lockable. The only issue we have is when they have packages for us.They have to come down the access road, we are the first house of three. Instead of bring the package and placing by the door, she places on the sidewalk just inside the gate. The item is in plain sight to everyone and is at the mercy of the weather.We like to know what the policy is on packages that need to be delivered to a house and where they are required to put it?Thanks for.
