US Post Office

I mailed my daughters birthday gift here & bought some stamps & some other things I also sent out the restraining orders at this location I like this post office.

This post office is not bad, BUT the lady that works there is awful. She is always rude to me, and today she was rude to my wife. I send a package to Colorado once a week. When the gentleman who works there helps me, everything is fast and friendly. When I get the woman that works there, she always tries to find a reason or rule to use as an excuse to be rude. Packages that are perfectly fine for the nice guy there - exact same address, packaging, etc. - are always making the lady angry. Last time she didn't like the zip code (though it is always correct). This time she didn't like the address written on the box (I always write it on there). Also, I did take the same package to the FedEx pm Central and Columbia one time on a Saturday. They didn't have any problems with the package either.During their next operating hours, I'm calling to complain. It's ridiculous!

Very courteous and helpful when i had urgent, last minute mail to send to my insurance company. Best possible service.

I have received great service at this post office. Everyone is friendly and professional. The wait time is short. There's plenty of parking. The site is clean. Their supplies are well stocked...plenty of packaging materials and greeting cards. They always have cool stamps. Nice post office.

This small neighborhood post office is convienant to those who go to school or work in the area. The main issue with this location is that the lobby is not available afterhours like other locations.

This post office is "A-OK" because the location is convenient, and it smells clean. This is one of the busier locations to mail items, and so when the workers get "slammed," the customer line takes a while. I suggest you stand in line while reading a book or an ebook in order to help the time to pass by quicker. The workers are usually all right, but every now and again they seem to be overworked and underpaid, so this shows in their attitude, but their attitude makes them lose two stars. Please help these workers to feel more chipper by minding your Ps & Qs.

The postal service is getting a bad review from me in Albuquerque because they scanned and marked a 3 different packages as delivered and never actually delivered it. I got the run around from the post office to call a different number and they contacted the actual carrier responsible for delivering the package, who denied delivering a package in the first place. A postal worker lied and as it turns out stole my packages? A formal investigation is being launched, the response from the local post office was you aren't the first person to make this kind of complaint against your carrier? Why is this person still employed, this is appalling??? This makes me distrust the post office completely and never want to use it again... fedex and ups from here on out

This post office in particular is understaffed. I know the postman was doing the best job he could. There was only one postman taking customers, though. This is a busy post office and needs more people than that at the front desk. I waited in line for about 15 minutes to send a package.
