Yes, professional staff and good product with good suggestions. One drawback is the waiting area was crowded (it was a Monday afternoon).

Pleasantly surprised with this dispensary. Maya was great! She helped educate us and made suggestions based on what we like and gave us the new word of the day..,"duh-licious" so I'm taking that one along with the goodies. Give this place a go!

I bought a chocolate bomb from here that I asked if it had nuts. The budtender exclaimed "no". I went to the car, left, busted that bad boy open and guess what I found? Not just chopped up nuts, but whole. Ass. Nuts. I called them, and of course they argued with me, I went there, and they STILL argued with me. They tried blaming me for automatically not assuming NOTHING had nuts. Even after asking, confirmation, double checkulization. Their flower is horrible also. Go somewhere else like Sandia Or Sacred Garden or Even Verdes!(I should probably add that I'm deathly allergic to nuts. And that they didn't seem concerned at all. Overall, fun time. )

I will not go to any other dispensary after going to this Urban Wellness. For context, Ive been going to so many dispos on a daily basis. I've been mostly doing urban wellness lately, but this location never lets me down. The manager (guy with long hair) truly cares about helping out and making the customer happy and everyone in the store are very knowledgeable and ready to serve and answer questions.

Great selection of products, super knowledgeable crew. A fantastic dispensary, I definitely recommend it!

I was at the San Mateo store today as a first time customer, they did not disappoint! Being from the east coast, used to picking up weed from sully down at the docks, my experience was excellent.

I've been here twice so far and both times had excellent, friendly customer service and have been very pleased with the freshness and quality of the bud I've chosen. Be aware if you pay with a debit card, there is a surcharge for that-cash is best if you want to avoid it. I recommend Urban Wellness and will continue to visit!

Super expensive and ask for tips. Limited supply. But is convenient. Would give less than one star. Weird Apple Store feeling as well.

I think Urban Wellness is a very professional clean and nice and has customer service people that are very well informed but as a medical professional, who never uses anything except occasionally a small piece of hard candy cut into six pieces a few times a month & as I'm a cancer patient as well I have only used this as a last result for sleep, but I have found it don't want my name used in a post

Normally my go to spot but after last night I will never go back the manager the female one at night is beyond unprofessional she refused to show us the wax so we could pick the correct consistency now mind you they show us the wax with no issue every other time. After selling us the wrong one we attempt to get a refund which she refuses until we persist. Then shorts us 5$ I spend easily 200$ a week at this location but I won't ever again
