I've been a patient here for many years, love this location! The product is always amazing and bountiful, prices are great and customer service is out of this world!! Ean was fantastic, knowledgeable and downright fun to talk to. Keep up the good work ya'll

Anyone who rates this place a 1 star is a lightweight. Don't let them fool you this place is great.

Friendly staff. They always have a large selection! Great looking place. I do miss the large jars of strains on the shelf in front. They used to wear gloves and pick out your cannabis out of the big jars with long wooden tongs. Very cool.

I'm a new patient and had a great visit! Mariah was great and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to me and answered all my questions and recommended various items for me to choose from and helped choose products that would best meet my needs. I will be back for sure.

Great dispensary , friendly staff who is very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and they have a lot of great merch.

Absolutely LOVE this location. What I need is always in stock and the staff are all wonderfully helpful and friendly.

I go out of my way to visit this shop. The bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to answer any questions. The manager is a nice guy who always has a greeting for his customers. It can't go without being said that the flower is always top quality. They are a bit pricy but the specials make it worth it.

They were great until I bought a disposal pen that didn't work. Immediately called to let them know and went to a location closer to my home when I realized it was not working. They said they would not refund or replace medicine when it didn't work!!! I have smoked weed from other locations and didn't like how it made me feel and they replaced it knowing that I had only tried a little. I was unable to use my medicine completely and they were unwilling to replace. I will never go here again and continue to encourage others to go to other places that will be honest about their products.

ZERO STARS, BTW. "SALE" items are gone too soon to think any other than 'bait & switch'. They go through 'employees' real quick...the female "budtenders" don't stay around long. The men just seem to hang around to make sure the budtenders are pushing product.Twice now I have bought wax that had NO EFFECT on me at all. I bought 2 grams recently because the manager "highly recommended" his product to me. I got ZERO effect from it. He offered me $10.00 "ON MY NEXT PURCHASE" TO MAKE UP FOR 2 GRAMS OF CRAP that he recommended.So, he still makes $$$ on the original purchase AND makes money on the 2nd purchase because his mark-up is 50%. No thanks.

The Urban Wellness Paradise is not culturally friendly to people of color, the LGBT community or people with special needs. The products are decent quality, the prices are a little pricey for Mountain Top candy compared to other shops and the customer service is over all poor. The store decor is nice and it's clean . Staff is uninviting. In addition to charging a fee to use your debit card. It's essentially the same fee you would incur for using an out of network atm machine!!!
