Super friendly staff and amazing product. Sure it might be a little pricy but totally worth it.

What can I say every time I have gone into this location it has been a terrible experience, from dealing with the super intoxicated staff and management and watching them get high out the back of the store, to the horrible plastic tasting flower that is always dried out to a crisp. The only good thing is the building is kind of nice. After dealing with a bait and switch scam on 5/13/2022 I will never visit another Urban wellness as there are far far better options available in town. Unprofessional clowns is how I would describe the management and bud tenders alike, when you are texted at 9:56am that your online order is ready for pickup and you show up at 2pm and they have to get it ready and then try and charge over two hundred dollars more than the online receipt tells you to bring in cash as to avoid the three dollar card fee and five dollar round up so you get some cash back because "WE WANT A TIP" charge up. Buyer beware only deal with this chain if you want the lowest quality of customer service and garbage flower, absolutely the worst in all of New Mexico.

Love the people here. Always friendly and caring. My daughter and I come here. When I haven't been able to go they always ask where I am and are genuinely concerned about me. Same when it's just me without my daughter. They're very knowledgeable about their products and go out of there way to make sure you get what you need.

Shitty product. I got top shelves and I'm disappointed to waste my money on this. Learn something from me.
