Urban Wellness - 98th Street

Nothing but great things to say about this location. All the staff that I have encountered have been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at their job would recommend this dispensary to anyone!

Was such a pleasure experiencing my first rec purchase here this afternoon! There was a line outside the door, but it moved very quickly. They took our I.D's inside and brought them back when they let us inside. It moved like a smooth assembly line all the way up to the door. We strolled right up to a very enthusiastic employee. I know his name started with a J! Super cool guy! He was very informative on limitations, levels, and the general vibes of the product. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to help us figure out how to do this for the first time! The music was a bit loud and made it hard to hear what was being said, prices, etc. Aside from that small issue, this place is quick, clean, and full of awesome people that really know their shit. Definitely planning on coming back very soon!

I have purchased from them since they opened. Beyond the online order system not working off and on, the customer service is the worst. Vote with your wallet and spend your money elsewhere. There are too many really good dispensaries where you will find better customer service and as good or better product.

Was just robbed/jacked for $100 dollars worth of product right outside their business door. Tons of scum bags hanging around there. When I went back into let them know of the situation and if they had security they said they couldn't afford security. I asked to speak with manager and the assistant manager said they could not do anything about it but suggest I call cops. I asked for a discount on another purchase and they would not even honor that! No accountability for their customers getting robbed right outside of their business - take your money elsewhere or be subject to theft!!!

1 star for good quality, minus 4 stars for scamming me out of $10 by telling me it was cashback for tip--in reality the $10 went straight to the tip jar and I didn't get anything back. I would've tipped anyways, that's why I agreed, so why be dishonest with your customers? The amounts were $10, $20, and $30, which are normal cashback amounts, not at all what you'd expect to tip for pre-packed product, and I had no clue that that the total amount would go to tip. I let it go because I know the employees probably aren't paid enough, and losing $10 won't kill me, but it's a deceptive practice. I'm never coming back, and telling anyone who asks to spend their money elsewhere.

Got a receipt for $14.03 for 1 gram, not bad and quality is pretty good. I look on my bank app and see I was charged $18.50 and apparently the receipt I'm holding in my hand is lying. I look again the next day and was charged an extra 2.50 as a transactional fee when I was already charged for it. This place will rip you off for crumbs, don't go here
