I don't even like hotdogs. But Urban Hotdog is literally the ONLY hotdogs I will eat. I LOVE them. They are fantastic every single time. Their fries are also great. This place never disappoints me. The food is also consistent between their restaurants and their food truck

I'd been eyeing the menu here for a bit and decided to stop in for lunch today. Friendly and efficient service. The chairs are not comfortable or good for anyone with mobility issues and would probably be hard for kids to get up onto as well. I got the "Fully Loaded" dog, which was tasty but had a lot less potato skins than I was expecting from the description. I'm still looking forward to trying some of their other offerings but maybe will get them to go next time.

The fries were good. The hot dog was meh. I like having the option to sit on the outdoor patio. The service is good. I and to ask for napkins a few times. It's okay. The beer and wine list is good.

The atmosphere was good right in Nob Hill, however we paid $51 for 3 hotdogs, fries and 1 ice tea way too pricey for what we got. I was expecting a gourmet hotdog I ordered the fully loaded supposed to be wrapped with potato skin and whatever else they put on there. However when I got my hotdog it was shriveled like it was made in the AM, when they say potatoe skin that's what they literally mean JUST the skin you can't taste the potatoe at all the skin was literally see through. My Elote corn fries the corn was los gross and a hard chewy texture. However my kids did like their Mac n cheese dog. My husband didn't appreciate his either he got the east coast and when they brought it out it was a shriveled hot dog with minimal chili and the cheese was scarce it looked VERY unappealing. My husband said it wasn't bad but it wasn't good. Over all for the price they should be charging $2 a hotdog for the quality of food we received.

I was a hater before I came here. I was like why would you make a whole restaurant around hot dogs, but it turns out they do a good job. It's basically like a hot dog velvet taco. Inventive hot dog flavors and combinations, and all that I've had have been good. Granted I've only been here twice. It's also kind of pricy, but just know that going into it - it's not a dive and that's okay. They also have a great beer selection on tap, and a full bar! The building is also kinda old but has been renovated to where the great wood floor remains, but everything else is renovated. Sorry for saying renovated twice in a row but I'm enjoying a beer on an empty stomach right now. Frankly it could use some years of wear to give it a more authentic look - but hey it's only been open a year. Here's to many more!

We paid $60 for two beers, two hot dogs and an order of fried pickles. The dogs were very small and the toppings were barely there. The veggie brat tasted like it was store bought. The service was uneven--too intrusive when bussing or you had to go to the bar to ask for things like salt. the music was good, but I'll stick with Clowndog from now on.

I enjoyed a great hot dog experience at UHC - Nob Hill. The dog, Le Bleu, rocked along with a nice IPA. Friendly staff! Highly recommend.
