Ashley is an amazing teacher ! She is so warm, caring and supportive of every student's practice, no matter where we may be in our yoga journey. The studio is beautiful. The floor is amazing spongy supportive material, the studio is nice and warm and the ambiance is calming .I have autoimmune issues and my yoga journey has been difficult. With Ashley's support I've deepened my practice, strength and inner peace. If you're thinking of checking this studio out...don't wait ! You'll be very fulfilled here !
