Nice and knowledgeable staff. But just like any other pawn shop you are scrutinized until you become recognizable but so much better than shops like Osuna pawn when it come to being treated like a human being versus a thief or a crackhead. When it comes to borrowing money they got you. And if your looking to buy , the prices are reasonable and negotiable. And I've been there enough that they call me by name.

Very professional staff! Friendly clean and organized store. They really give a fair price on merchandise for sale and have a good selection.

Whenever I've gone into University pawn to either sell or buy items, I have received awesome service. Being in the UNM area, it gets busy during certain hours but always have a good attitude. Most recently they helped me recover my stolen bike! I can not be happier with the service I receive. Only pawn shop I do business with.

I've been doing business with these folks for almost 4 years now. Every time I go in I'm treated with respect and the folks behind the counters are awesome people. It gets busy in there which shows how well these folks treat people and are totally fair. Keep up the great work guys. You always help when it's asked. But don't kid yourself you act stupid you get treated like an idiot...you come at these folks like you would like to be treated and they are happy to oblige. Thanks guys!

Great service. I Use their pawn services from time to time. I buy many of my tools from University Pawn. Most recently I purchased a computer from them. Great service and fair prices.

I walked in there today to pawn a product of mine. Rude customer service. Didn't even give me 5 minutes. Just completely shut me down. They have no knowledge of what they are doing. I find that kind of attitude repulsive and disgusting. These guys should not work in this business.
