This is my "go to" post office location. The lines are typically short. Rarely have I had to wait over 20 mins to send a package. Clerks are always pleasant and helpful. I had a box at this location for many years, until recently. They use to be open 24 hours, which was a plus. However in the recent years they lock the doors atlfter 8pm and not open on Sundays.

I like this USPS post office. It's really the only one I use to get some mailing/shipping done..be it buying stamps, mailing something out...ever since I relocated to ABQ. The staff is always kind and helpful. My recent visit involved shipping a non regular-sized package internationally. I was actually recommended by another FedEx office to check USPS rate out as if I were to use FedEx, the only rates they got for me was $300-$400! Well, I'm glad I did! A gentleman working at a counter was so helpful in quoting the rate for me and helping determine the option/shipping speed for me. He even got me all the custom/mailing forms that I needed to accompany my package and even found me a marker and a pen to borrow! Super nice! When it came time to mail things out, another lady at a counter helped me and was very helpful. She made sure to repeat some facts to make sure she got everything right. Best if all, I was able to get thing package shipped for around $70-80 instead of $300-$400! Thank you USPS!One thing though..service can be slow and line can be long especially during the holidays. Make sure you are nice and kind to the helpful staff there please!

As expected there were a number of people waiting in line to send and ship mail. I patiently waited until the staff waved me over. I had a gentleman ahead of me not wearing a mask. When it was his turn they told him he needed a mask before he could be served. The man got upset and lied saying people ahead of him weren't wearing mask and accused me of not wearing one yet I was clearly wearing it. So they asked him to get his mask from his car or he would have to leave. Needless to say the man left. The staff was quick and very helpful. I was able to get the postage I needed and the package on its way. Even though there was a line I didn't wait no more than about 8 minutes. I was glad to see markers on the floor to ensure social distancing. I usually am not a fan of the post office but these guys really did a good job. Next time I need to ship something out I'll be coming back. I was glad to see them enforcing the masks so that was good to see.

I like to use this location because they have a self service machine in the lobby. However, it is down more than working. It is a great service when it works if you just need stamps or send a package.

Everyone was calm and friendly and it was near closing during the holiday rush. Gabriel was the clerk that helped me and he was chatty and funny. This post office has always had a peaceful and kind atmosphere when I've gone there.
