Underdog Fritter

So this little stand was set up next to Ethnosphere Coffee so we could have a sweet treat with our coffee. Instead large fritters found in most places these were small almost cupcake size versions. Selections this morning were Apple, Pineapple Upside Down, Apple Biscochito, & Banana. We bought the small combination (6). They were flavorful, the Biscochito flavor was very subtle. I didn't find much apple in the apple products - which may be just luck of the draw. Unfortunately they were dry. I don't know if it was the heat, batter or the frying. Since they are in our line of travel we can try again and hope today was just an anomaly. Standby for an update

Such amazing fritters!! My whole family loved them. The owners served me and were so friendly and accommodating . I look forward to seeing them and buying more fritters in the future!

Such a cool spot! This is a family owned business that really takes care in their service and makes you truly feel welcomed. Don't even get me started on the fritters. Perfectly cooked with a fluffy inside and a crunchy outside. All their flavors are great but the standouts for me are their Apple fritter and their new fall flavors. Great place and people that deserve all the business!!!

These are SO GOOD!!! The fritters are fresh and delicious. I love the selection of flavors and they are the perfect size! The owners were very nice and accommodating when I ordered mine. Now I look forward to every weekend to have my favorite weekend treat!
