Umami Moto Food Truck

Umami is a local food truck. Ordered the smashburger and sweet potato tots while at ex novo. The burger was so so. It was a frozen patty. A fresh patty would make the meal so much better, and you kinda expect fresh when the price is $18, but we wanted to support a local food vendor. The tater tots were decent and and had a nice queso and green chile on them. I would ask for the tots to be cooked longer so they are crunchy and not soggy.

First Time we tried Umami Moto was for the 2024 duke city foodie fest. It was love at fist sight. We had the duck bowl curry , street noodle bowl, and sweet tots. They were all so phenomenal. Polite and friendly service. They were really fast.

Most flavorful and a good level of spicy curry I've had in a while. It's was so delicious. Great customer service and fast!

Umami Moto is insanely delicious. Definitely my favorite thing I ate while visiting Corrales/ Albuquerque. Their green chili smash burger was the best green chili cheeseburger I've ever had (& I have had a lot). The green chili cheese tots were perfection. I'll be dreaming about that smash burger until I get to come back.

The Smash Burger and Fried Chicken Sammie and Fries are the ! The five spice on the fries was an extra delicious touch. The service was above and beyond.

So happy to come across this food truck during our visit to Public House! They have amazing food and delivered the food to our table inside after we ordered at the truck. We split the loaded fries, which are amazing! They are super salty but in the perfect way, and they are a great appetizer or great as a side of fries if you're feeling hungry. I got the smash burger. I have to say it's one of the best burgers I've had in a long time in Albuquerque! I'm even thinking of searching for the truck this weekend to have another go at a burger or at their burrito! Super excited to try them again!

Loved it!!!!!!!! We were at Nova and the food was really good and came out fast. Definitely a must try.

Gianormous burrito stuffed with bulgolgi beef, rice and cabbage. Fantastic flavor with just the right amount of spice.

Took over an hour to get the equivalent of an overpriced burrito from Blake's. Guys in the truck were super rude when we came to see what the holdup was with a simple order of 2 breakfast burritos.

tried them for the first time at Sandia Family day. Food was great although overpriced. 9 bucks for three chicken nuggets and literally five French fries. They over sold and were most likely understaffed because it took over an hour to get our order and they had to make a lot of apologies to people about substituting beef for chicken.
