Ultra Health Dispensary Menaul

I asked for a high THC buzzy sativa and was told what I got. When I got home and this was the label. No refunds or exchanges. Out $94.

This used to be the best dispensary in town. Panaxia products are excellent. However customer service has tanked and employees seem uninterested. I just waited 20 minutes at the Menaul location without anyone greeting me or to say "hang tight we'll be with you when we can"...nothing. Watched two people leave and I just sat there. Try Everest, Organtica or natural RX, you'll get much better service, or service at all. This was their last chance for me. Too many good places that care for anyone to wait, or be treated like you don't exist.

I'm happy to the be the first reviewer for Ultra Health. I have tried their green (flowers) and their edibles along with their wax (shatter). Their staff is friendly and accommodating. Upon your first time there, I received a free half-gram pre-rolled joint, which was nice. I come on Mondays and get $3 off their medical edibles (medibles) but they have specials nearly every day so check out their website or talk to a staff member about their specials. They are super friendly and will fill you in on the details.

Have come here a few times never had an issue until I came on my lunch break and was met with a representative who was less then happy to see me and more interested in the activities going past me out side the dispensary. After a minute of waiting for a response to me coming into the establishment. She allowed me back obviously recognizing I've already registered. Had nothing to add on any of the medicine I was purchasing. Also seemed like she didn't want to let me smell anything before purchase. After all this I chose two different strands and purchased a total of four grams. When looking at the weight and size I saw the issue one seemed less than the other. I used my home scale to measure my 2 grams of medicine and to my surprise only at 1.7. Either they need help putting it in the bag or their scales are off. Don't come here if you want the right amount of medicine you pay for. Also I'm never coming back here. Rather have nightmares then see these people again.

I would have to say this is the best location out of all of them! 2 reasons, 1. You are in and out and they do not ever make you feel rushed, and 2. mr. estevan was quick and friendly but he was SO HELPFUL he took his time to make sure I got the proper medicine that I needed. Thank you UH for training your employees to go above and beyond and for teaching them how treat there patients! land thank you mr estevan for being so professional and outstanding!! I will definitely be coming back for your service!!!

I cancelled an order on 6-3-21 due to misrepresentation by this dispensary, and the young man that assisted me. I ordered 3.5 grams of herb, and was told that their policy was to upcharge to the next $5.00 on a credit card purchase, and I would be given back the difference in cash. My order was a little over $31, and he said I would receive $3.50 back in cash. I put my credit card into the machine and noticed an additional $2.99 charge and pulled my credit card out of the machine. I asked why I was being charged an additional $2.99 that I was not told about. The young man said he told me that they charged $2.99 for credit card services, and I stated that he had not told me anything about this charge, although he was clear about the upcharge. He said that he did tell me....and I know that he did not...as I probably would have questioned the charge. I then said I was going to cancel my order, due to misrepresentation of the actual cost of my order. I feel that to charge an additional fee, of almost 10% of a minimal order, for every purchase by credit/debit card, and not state this policy as clearly as he did of the before the order is charged, is clearly misrepresentation, and perhaps they figure that people will not notice the extra charge. I will not be doing business with this dispensary again, and have not had any other dispensary in Albuquerque, or Santa Fe, that add an extra fee for using a credit or debit card, and if they do, I would assume they would make that policy clear, and in writing if need be, on a sign on the wall. In reading some of the other reviews of this dispensary, it seems that customer service is not their forte'. Thankfully there are plenty of other good dispensaries in the area to give my business to.
