Ultimate Syn-Turf

Oh my goodness! I have been helping my mom search for someone to build a retaining wall for her at their property in Rio Rancho. I could tell by Ultimate Syn-Turf's Facebook page that this is not what they do but my friend recommended that I reach out to them so I did anyway.I cannot tell you how helpful they were! Even though this is not what they do, they stopped everything to call around to their contacts to help get me a referral. I'm not even their customer but they cared that much about helping me find the right person for the job!To have someone care that much about customer service that they would go above and beyond for someone like me says a lot about their business. I will never forget Ultimate Syn-Turf and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Ultimate truly delivered on my turf installation. After getting several estimates for turf installation, Ultimate gave me the most reasonable quote and the owner, Vince, wants to do the best job for his customers at the best price possible. I trusted Vince from the start. His men worked efficiently, even while dealing with very high winds on installation day. It's clear that Vince takes pride in his work and also wants to do right by his customers. He was always very receptive to any questions I had. He also came out to re-secure a few pieces of turf that came loose due to a mishap with my sprinklers (this had nothing to do with Ultimate's installation; the sprinklers were suppose to be capped previously by another company and unfortunately some were missed, so when they popped up the turf was loosened a bit). Although this was of no fault of Ultimate, Vince came out anyways to make sure the turf was secure. Vince clearly values his customers happiness and his level of customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend Ultimate and working with Vince. I am a bit of a perfectionist and at times find it hard to be 100% happy with jobs. I'm happy to say that Vince proved to me that there are still companies out there that are honest, do great work and value their customers! Thanks Ultimate and Vince for my greener yard! Fairly recently we hired Ultimate SynTurf in Rio Rancho to install artificial turf in our backyard. Because of the negligence of their employees, we had a total of 7 leaks; as they put huge nails right through our drip system causing the problem. This past Friday, the plumber ripped up the whole northside of the turf and discovered two more leaks. On 4 separate occasions I contacted Vince, the owner of the company, at two different phone numbers and he has to date never responded to any of my Text messages. Since customer service is first and foremost in any busines, do you really think that this is the way he should treat people???

Vince is very professional and very responsive. I called many contractors and he was the only one who was on time, and upfront about his pricing. He came and measured and gave me a price within minutes of being on my property. He also let me choose from a selection of quality turf samples that he has on hand. I booked the appointment and everything happened very quickly, exactly as he promised. His team cleared out gravel, leveled, and graded the area in one day. The next day they installed the 1300sqft of turf and it looks perfect. My kids will enjoy this turf for a very long time. Overall, a perfect homeowner experience for me.Thank You!

Finally decided to update my landscaping. Vince responded quickly to the request for an estimate and arrived as scheduled for the installation of turf for both the front yard and portions of the back yard. Vince and his crew were amazing and completed the project very timely. I would recommend Ultimate Syn-Turf to anyone who is considering converting to turf. I am so very happy with the end result!

Vince and his crew were a pleasure to have around - they even tolerated my overly friendly old dog! More importantly, they did a super job of taking out a really old Bermuda grass lawn and replacing it with great looking synthetic turf. My yard looks wonderful, and the project came in at under my budget, which is always nice. I would give them an unqualified 5 star recommendation!
