Let me be clear...... I love my bike soooo freakin much!! Lotta miles = maintenance.... I'm super glad I took my ride here! Super friendly, knowledgeable and awesome . After picking up my bike for several maintenance issues, I was shocked to see how stealth and smooth it was!!!! Thank you, thank you!

I called two wheel drive yesterday to inquire about hand cycles. A hand cycle is usually a trike adapted with a crank mounted above the handlebars and even an e assist if you're lucky. I am a SCI partial para "my legs don't work but are moveable. The person on the phone was polite and professional. He said they have worked on only one hand cycle in the past. I asked about building one and he just pushed rite past the subject telling me that the components are usually all hand made. I told him that I have a local aerospace machinist with a cnc mill that can make anything we need. He still would not even consider a build. I give 4 stars because after that he proceeded to give me various resources where I can find specialty parts to build one. That tells me that they have the resources to build a hand cycle but just don't want to do it. I can understand that there may be liability issues involved there and thank two wheel drive for being the best bike shop I called in Albuquerque concerning my needs. I felt like they really engaged with me and at least gave me some good advice.

The best bike shop in Abq, I'm a pro athlete and this is the only place I'd trust with my bikes so far. 10/10

Quick, friendly service, despite Curbside Service Only, due to COVID-19. The rear derailleur on my bike broke and needed to be replaced. Initially TWD wasn't sure if they would be able to find a compatible derailleur for my Motobacane bike, however I left my bike with them and they'd call me we other an update, citing about a week before the bike might be fixed. Lo and behold, I received a call in less than 24 hours telling me my bike was all fixed and ready to pick up! I've found my new favorite bike shop!

This place is great. The team is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The shop itself is a great space to go in and browse (when it's not COVID times)During this pandemic, they are really handling themselves and their customers well. Their love for cycling shows as they are working non-stop to get through a ton of repairs so everyone can get back on their machines and ride! They will serve you curbside if you don't want to come in or just need to make a simple purchase.As of this review they can only allow two customers in at a time. They give total attention to each one and do not rush. Some unmasked customers came in while I was there. They didn't wait in line and did not follow the instructions that Two Wheel Drive clearly had posted. The guys were very polite in explaining to them that they need to wait outside. Simply a class act.

Great shop with very friendly knowledgeable staff. New location from where I went as a kid, but still on Central Avenue. The shop is owned and run by bike people not just people who are trying to make a buck. Pricing is very competitive and in many cases lower than the competition. If you need repairs or need to buy/replace a bicycle. Treat yourself here. Mark and the rest of the staff treat you like family.

We went to multiple different bike shops looking to buy a new bike. The staff at Two Wheel Drive were very friendly, they Acknowledges us the moment we walked in the door. Catered to our every need. This was such an amazing experience. There prices were very reasonable and they were so friendly and did all the modifications that I needed within 30 minutes.

Did what they said they would and kept the cost down.Took in my good/old and faithful and now I'm still riding!

I've been going to Two Wheel Drive for years and have bought "a few" bikes from them. They are awesome! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and unassuming. They have some great bike brands and offer something for everyone. Buy local and support your community, the money you save online is not worth it!

Very high prices, and the customer service is shit. I've purchased two high end bikes from them, and they're completely unhelpful once they have your money. I'm done with them.
