Turquoise Trailer

Most of the time I enjoy trying new things, but something about chia had me on the fence for a good long while. This cute little food truck has me feeling all new kinds of warm & fuzzy - SO EXCITED about discovering the Sweet Grains bowl, loaded with the freshest fruit, a blend of crunchy oats and pepitas, over just sweet enough chia (which is texturally similar to tapioca, which I LOVE, who knew?!) gently seasoned with cinnamon. It's decadent without being overly filling, perfect before a lovely morning hike. Friendly fast service, too!

The cutest lil food truck at the cutest hotel! The coffee is strong, the avocado toast with a runny egg was perfect--need to come back for dinner soon! We sat in their grass courtyard to eat and it was so nice and peaceful.

Was in Santa Fe for a short visit - with my dog. So indoor eating was not an option. Yelp helped me find this food truck. My breakfast was amazing.

Such a cute concept, and the food was amazing! We got the sweet peppers w/ goat cheese and the burger. The peppers had perfectly crisp bread crumbs and pine nuts scattered on top and had a great flavor. The burger was cooked perfectly. Definitely give this place a try if you're staying at El Rey court or nearby!

Can't believe how exciting and delicious the kale salad is, and the turkey burger is absolutely perfect. Lovvveee the turquoise trailer!

I ordered half grilled cheese sandwich, almost zero cheese on it, really. I could not even taste it. Cauliflower soup came only 4.5 oz piled with corn strips. I measured the amount of soup. I will Never go back. $14.00. The biggest disappointment I have had in any Santa Fe service business.

Amazing food! I had the harvest salad with roasted squash, pomegranate and goat cheese-- it was incredible! I sat and ate in their super cute bar and enjoyed a margarita. Will definitely be back.
