True Self Counseling

I absolutely love this place! Suzanne is amazing and highly trained and experienced in her field! Front staff is amazing! Very easy to talk to! Appointment availability is great! I've been to many therapists in town and no one comes close! She had a demeanor about her and is engaging! I hate when I sit and talk and the therapists tilts their head and stares at you and ur left thinking, "what is wrong with me?" She has full conversations and allows you to think about your feelings and gives you assignments that help you understand why things are being felt and what to do with them! I'm elated to have found her!

I'm pretty disappointed with how things were handled with billing. My insurance didn't cover services and instead of giving me some time to pay in full, I was given two days and told they were just going to charge my card on file. I wanted time to go over my finances and see the best way to pay off the bill.
