Trucks Unique

We used Trucks Unique for two small additions to our Class B RV,First one was a side step driver side. No clue why it wasn't a feature on our new RV, but TRUCKS UNIQUE fixed that for us,Our second addition was a spare tire Mount. We ordered the Mount. Brought it in and they assembled and installed,Excellent service, fair quotes and pricing. We will go back here for those types of additions!

***UPDATE*** I took my truck in a few months ago to have airbags installed, so I can pull my toy hauler. Airbags were installed and work great! Could not have been happier and one day turnaround made it, especially beneficial! However, I recently found two brackets that were taken off, but not yet properly replaced. As a result, the bolt on the left and the right have severe rub marks to the point where the threading has been completely worn off. The brackets that were supposed to be secured were left just hanging down capable of causing a severe accident. I'm going to take it to them, and see what they will do about it. Before I had the chance to bring it over, Carl, the general manager, gave me a call and asked that I bring the truck over so they could take a look and fix it. I brought it down the very next day and they worked on it, resolving the issue. With the truck being all done, I couldn't be happier with the prompt service and professionalism!

We were traveling through Albuquerque when the tow bar on the vehicle we tow behind our motorhome broke. As we were driving on interstate 25, I saw a billboard for Trucks Unique and I called them. They were so nice and he told us to come right away and they would fix us up ASAP! They did just that and we were back on the road in less than an hour! That's excellent customer service and we were VERY impressed! Thank you so very much for your help! We truly appreciated all you did to help us.

My friend and I went into Trucks Unique to look for a bed cover for his truck, but after 45 minutes of being ignored , we asked the guy being the desk for help. He seemed a little irritated and told us he would help us soon. He left and we didnt see him come back. Then we asked the girl about some parts for my friends tuck, she seem unknowing and/or unwilling to help us. We just walked out. This is the 2nd time for us, we will not return ever!

Just walked in , looked at a few of the displays and not one person said hello nor made eye contact with me. You need sales people on the sales floor in order to make a sale folks ! Come on!!Wow, lack of emphasis on customer service clearly relevant in your response to my review. I guess I should have checked other previous reviews prior to physically going into the store. That was my only misstep. Good luck to you Trucks Unique , clearly "unique" and comical customer service from your establishment.

My experience with Trucks Unique, brought two sayings to mind. The first was taught to me over 60 years ago: " If you don't have anything good to say about someone, just don't say anything at all!" The second I heard later on. "Fool me once sham on you. Fool me twice shame on me" Oh & if you are going to shop there, don't forget to wear your mask, because the folks there don't.

Law suit filed and served to Timothy Mortimer at Trucks Unique. Also named Philip and Denise Kenny. Case # T-4-2024-000592 in Albuquerque, NM metropolitan court. All due to damage caused by Trucks Unique while installing front bumper and winch. 1/30/2024.

First of all, I'd like to say that CHRIS, one of the salesman is such a piece of shit, rude, and very disrespectful. I purchased a banks monster ram intake and he advised me if I bought it from them I would get a discount on install. I had to take my truck back on three different occasions because The intake kept coming loose. After all of that, I was advised that this was the first monster ram intake they have ever installed . They did not hook up the grade heater on my diesel 6.7 ram and it shorted out my batteries. I had to buy new batteries. They also did not hook up an oil tube that went to the valve cover, which leaked oil all over my truck. My truck went into limp mode leaking diesel everywhere on my way to my nieces graduation while I was pulling my fifth wheel. I took it to a Dodge dealership and they advised me that the billet plate was over tightened and cracked now it is now leaking diesel everywhere and going to cost me $4800. You better believe I will be going after them for this. I would advise anybody and everybody not to do business with trucks unique in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They are worthless and very incompetent. I have seen numerous complaints about Chris on this website and how management doesn't give a shit apparently, because they do nothing about this reoccurring problem. I hope an owner or management reads this post because this is not the last time you were hear from me, and most importantly, I hope Chris reads this, maybe by gods grace, it will change your attitude and teach you how to treat people.You fucks will remember my name. And Phil, after seeing some of your remarks to peoples complaints, you are a shitty and spineless manager. Lack of professionalism and integrity!

I had a slow leak in my after market air suspension on my F-450, Trucks Unique got me in 4 days later, fixed the problem in 1.5 hours, mechanic spoke to me personally to explain what the issue was and answered some questions about other things I needed fixed, referred me to a dealer for that. Friendly and knowledgeable counter people, (thank you Mike!) very skilled and knowledgeable mechanics!

I needed repair for an 11 year old Retrax bed cover. They found a used part to replace the broken one and had me on my way in an hour. I worked with Carl. He and the staff were beyond helpful.Thanks, guys.
