I've been to my share of bars in town. Not often you go to the casino bar (at least here in Albuquerque) to find the slots you thought you escaped waiting for you at the bar. What better way than to drink and play lol. I found it strange walking in that is referred to as a "Saloon" with some small wild western themes around playing a mix of classic rock, rock, pop, rap, and some EDM. I guess I had expected more country or something a bit more cowboy themed. Regardless, it was pretty lively with a crowd of people seated in the tables and booths, and an empty dance floor. Sitting at the bar my buddy and I were looking for some kind of drink menu as most bars would have. These guys didn't have one. We had to wait about 7 minutes before one of the bar tenders even approached us. When I asked what their beer selection was, she appeared to be almost offended that I asked. It was as if I was expected to already know. She told us what beers they had and as soon as I heard 7K, I was like that's my beer! She returned promptly with our beers and we paid our tab. That was about the last time we saw her come around the entire hour we were there. There are slot machines, well bingo slot machines you can play while you sit at the bar. I tried my luck in hopes of winning that early retirement money... Lets just say I'm not quitting my job anytime soon. Overall it was a decent bar but don't expect much for the customer service. There are better bars in town with much better quality of service.

Let's start of by saying the rating varies depending on the night you go. When the place is empty it's not so bad, you can get decent service but if it's busy service suffers either because the bartenders can't keep up or they just favor serving who they choose. Personally I only go because they have good bands and a really good DJ. The bartenders and waitresses aren't so good. We go often and it's usually the same story so we try not to let the service get us and have a good time.

Located in the Isleta casino, not a great selection of drinks, the dance floor is small but the music is good. The design of the bar is also awkward because there is a wall or pillar in the way.

They cut us off after 2 shots and we were barely getting started. My friend gave me a beer because she felt bad for me and the terribly unattractive cartoon character looking waitress bartender thing took it away from me. Dang near sober as a judge. I felt bad for the live band because we left and there was 8 of us, they probably thought we thought they were trash, when it was the staff that was trash. Why won't it let me do 0 stars?

PROS: Clean bar. Lot's of live entertainment, not sure if it's always free but it was the Saturday night we went there. Amazing HUGE screen TV's. Staff was nice and proficient. Security was abundant and pleasant to interact with. Big dance floor and people seemed to be enjoying that.CONS: Could use more seating. But it was a Saturday night after a concert at the Show Room so it was busy. Drinks are expensive. 16 oz Corona (can) was $6.00. A house Rum and Coke and a Double Crown neat was $21.00 (OUCH!). Overall: Nice place. Would return when going to concerts.

Service was extremely slow took 30 minutes to even get our first drink it wasn't that busy took about 15 minutes in between drink orders for her to get back to our table we got cut off at 11:30 because we had been served our limit of drinks having had less than one drink per hourBecause the service was slow slow. Pretty expensive to 650 per per drink I would not recommend going here again
