11/3/21 & 11/5/21: Getting here might be a wee bit challenging for some because Trendz is located at a stop light. At Washington Street & Menaul, I recommend that your turn signal is on a half block away. The store's location will sneak up on you and you might miss your turn into the parking lot. Ample parking in the lot. So... we just have to look gorgeous, right? I love changing up or enhancing my vibe with wigs, weaves, extensions, hair color and accessories. You wanna freshen up your look? Trendz has it all.Good prices, nice space size (not cluttered), great website to view hair before you buy it, EXCELLENT customer service from all but especially Darkenya and James. Thank you for handling my hair care needs. Both of you were kind and located product for me fast and got me in and out in a timely manner. Military discount only on regularly priced merchandise. I had an alright experience at this place. I would rate it a solid 3.5 because they offer a good variety of products, and the employees were helpful whenever I had questions. The atmosphere felt a bit peculiar, with a sense of wanting customers to come and go quickly. It was also surprising that they didn't have any salon recommendations, considering that hairstylists likely shop there. Nonetheless, they do have a wide range of hair and AA products available, so I'll definitely consider returning.Next time I go, I'll add a picture because they have GREAT stock! All the products you can't get anywhere else. Solid beauty supply.

I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the doors of this wonderful business. After my dog ate my hair brush, I decided to drive over to Trendz to buy a new one since I live nearby and I had never been there before. I was greeted and welcomed immediately upon entering the doors. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming to all customers. ( and they were all wearing masks and following covid protocols)The business was clean and has a lovely, fresh smell with an organized clean and clear store layout. The selection of items is incredible -from hair products, to wigs, nail polish, jewelry, makeup, eyelashes and any beauty-related item you could think of!!! There is a range of price points with tons of great, affordable items as well! I absolutely recommend trendz for any beauty needs you might have!!!!!!

Highly recommend this black owned beauty supply! Stayed in NM for the weekend & needed some last minute beauty supplies and I ended coming out of here with great priced braiding hair and hair accessories. They are affordable and will cut the lace off your newly bought wig for only $2! Loved it.

I love that Trendz has grown to have two locations & I love going to both as the wig styles and inventory vary slightly at each location. The service is always great and the options are endless. I always end up buying more than I planned because the prices are so great. I have sent many people here and will continue to do so.

I went in looking for a certain type a hair and got a young lady, Her name was Angel she was so helpful I have been in there lots of times and felt like they did not care about what I needed I got that hurry up so I could been done but she helped with everything I needed from beginning to end.Thank you so Much!

Poor customer service. Most if workers walk around staring at you look around. It's very uncomfortable and weird. Please stop doing that if you want paying customers to return!
