DO NOT RENT HERE! If something breaks, maintenance will not fix it. Management has them ignore issues in order to push tenants out so they can remodel the unit and charge more for the next tenant. They also try to charge the tenants who leave several fees, then send them to a collection agency.My brother, who is disabled, rented here. AC unit broke down in Spring of 2022 and was never fixed. Due to the heat wave and temperatures reaching over 100 degrees for 2 months, made the apartment unlivable. We paid rent and also paid for a hotel for him to stay in until we could get him into another place with a completely different rental/apartment agency. I filed reports with health and human services, as well as adult protective services due to my brother being disabled, to report the purposeful neglect of the unit. Besides the issue with the AC unit, the water is constantly being shut off. During Thanksgiving 2022, there was no hot water for about 5 days.I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favor and don't rent here.

I wish I can give this apartment complex a negative rating.I don't know where to start, maybe the constant drug dealing in the parking lot?Maybe the lack of security?Maybe the cars in the parking lot that are constantly being broken into?This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had in my 28 years. The staff is rude, uptight, and uneducated to say the least. I asked for a two bedroom and two bath and they stated that it was ready for me and on moving day they said it wasn't available while having all my stuff in a uhaul outside.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Living here is like living in hell! If you love your hot water then this is NOT a place to live. The hot water is shut off every other day. They even had it off for thanksgiving! They're are never going to fix there water problem. They day I moved in the water was shut off, a yr later, my lease is fixing to be up here in April and the water is actually shut off right now. WORST PLACE TO LIVE. The front desk NEVER answers there phone. We've had a roach problem for 3 months and the pest control people haven't came. We were "put on the list". There's cockroaches EVERYWHERE it's disgusting. I can't even cook or eat bc there's cockroaches in the oven and stove, crawling on the counter while I'm cooking, in the corners in the bathroom. Shit they're there taking a shower with me. They even lost our rent and we even had a eviction date bc THEY LOST OUR RENT and thought we didn't pay and got mad bc WE didn't keep our receipts for the money order. they fired the lady that we gave our rent to im sure she something to do with taking OUR RENT! Oh and they won't give u a prorate for nothing, our oven didn't work for 3 months straight and they took $75 off our rent. This place is a joke and me and other tenants are working on suing them. So PLEASE don't get involved in the hell hole! attached below is every corner in our restroom, DISGUSTING

After my last apartment, this has been such a relief! Management is helpful and friendly. The dog park is wonderful- no travel to take the pups for their play and exercise. I am enjoying my time here.

Too many roaches can't even enjoy life in the apartment without see a roach and don't leave food on the counter a roach will get it.

This apartment complex is located clay it is being given any stars at all. I live right across the street from this place and its alarm is CONSTANTLY going off, beeping extremely loudly for HOURS; sometimes they don't even turn it off. Their swimming pool by the cleaning center with washers and dryers is CONSTANTLY looking disgusting , they leave it t open year round which at times causes the pool water to look like a disgusting greenish color. They have constant criminal activity going on e.g., someone who claimed to be working on the Apartment complex ended up shooting bullets non stop which cased holes in the walls and I think another person was seriously injured. About two and a half weeks ago someone intentionally ran over another person in their parking lot in the middle of the afternoon! Not to mention that this place is frequently on the news because its tenants have NO hot water at all. Individuals are also physically fighting in their parking lot constantly. It obvious that the owners of this place don't care about anyone but themselves. I highly recommend you stay away from this place.

I have had multiple issues here. My main issue being the frequent water shut offs. I have to abruptly pack and go to my gym to shower and it bugs. I will likely not renew my lease.

Absolute scumbags, my disabled brother in law has been living heat for years. The AC unit broke two years ago and they refused to replace it. Daily maintenance calls and all we get is they will look at it. They finally send a hvac technician to look at it and the whole unit needs to be replaced. These dipshits are sick human being to torture a disabled man in a 100 degree apartment. They are scum.

The worst place to stay if u ever have any maintenance issues and want to reach out by phone no one will ever answer. When u go to the office someone might be there but u can't even trust that. Once u have gotten the attention of management of what u need fixed this issue might be resolved several months later. I strongly recommend going somewhere else!

Iv been here for 2 months now.My bycicle was stolen and someone has tried to break into my apt.And now there is no hot water going on 3 weeks now and the office doesn't care.The water is barely warm it was hot when i moved in.Office thinks warm water is acceptable .It is not.I pay for hot water not warm water.Cant get good and clean with barely warm water.Office doesnt care about the residents .but they care about money an how much they can force you to pay.They said they remodeled.Well they just painted and said look its new.Lol.All the outlets are old and dont work well.They did put fake covers on them.
