Tracey Baca - Attune Acupuncture and Wellness

Almost seven years ago I was in a life changing car accident that caused a lot of trauma to the left side of my body. I have been searching for the right massage therapist since my accident, someone who would listen to my body and treat accordingly, but I kept coming up disappointed. I knew eventually I would find someone to ease my discomfort and didn't require discomfort in the process.Tracey was extremely present throughout my massage and really listened to my body with slight adjustments before even really starting the massage. I am so happy to have found such a talented healer. She has a long list of qualifications and it shows, she is so good at listening to your body and making you feel so comfortable in the process so that you can relax and help heal with her. I am elated to have found someone that understands that everyone is different and will require unique treatment specific to their needs. I could go on and on about what a wonderful, talented and kind human Tracey is, but really, you should just see for yourself.

Have you ever swiped your Visa post massage and as your finger pen squiggles acceptance for the sum all the rubbed out stress pockets instantly perk back up? The feel good massage evaporates fast along with my bank account. Sure, it FEELS good and the flute music was nice as well as the babbling fountain in the corner designed to ease the stress accumulated over hours, days and weeks of, well, life. But...I want to be healed. I want the junk in my trunk stored after raising a teenager and sending him off to college to be forever excised from my fibers! Gone! Gone! Gone! Tracey is an extremely talented acupuncturist. I've been dealing with a bulged disc that sends pain down my glute and left leg. Nothing has relieved the pain more than the acupuncture and cupping sessions I have had with Tracey. She is very thorough in the initial intake process and in the subsequent sessions. I recommend Tracey to anyone that needs pain relief from acute or chronic injures.

Was given gift for massage for my birthday and redeemed it last Friday.Tracey was amazing! I got relief from some chronically tight areas and areas are still free now! My sinuses and face feel more relaxed and open than I can remember.. Tracey was very professional manor, yet is warm and defiantly a knowledgeable and gifted healer. I'll be going back to her again!

I have had ongoing flares of rheumatoid arthritis and chose not to go the western medicine path. When I first went to see Tracey I could barely walk. Tracey has been been able to gain control of and lessen the flares, and help me identify warnings and triggers with the use of massage, acupuncture, cupping and Chinese herbs. I love the peacefulness and tranquility I feel when I have my treatments. I believe that if you are completely open and honest when discussing your history with Tracey, there isn't anything she can't help withI can't recommend Tracey highly enough.

I asked a friend to recommend an acupuncturist who would help me manage chronic back and hip pain due to arthritis, who would NOT treat me as a one-size fits all patient, who, before an initial exam, would be handed a predetermined package of services, and whose practice wasn't rushed, over-busy with appointments.After my second session with Tracey, I now know how to describe the ideal. She is a talented acupuncturist who fully focuses on optimal health outcomes. Tracey asks insightful questions and listens to what is said by my mouth and shown by my body. She gently teaches me about healing through opening electrical pathways. At the end of each session, I happily walk/glide to my car, feeling that soft recharge.Working with Tracey is joyful, so much better than I could imagine!

Tracey is very knowledgeable and has fantastic personality, I went to her for asthma and backache, after the first treatment I can feel tremendous improvement. She also went into the details of how to improve my health in general through diets.It's really rare to find someone whose knowledgeable and has good bedside manner, Tracey has both of those qualities.I can't recommend her enough to everyone. Do yourself a favor and get treatment from her!

Tracey is not only gifted but incredibly intuitive and caring! Within just a few simple questions she was able to ascertain exactly which direction she needed to take with my first accupuncture treatment. As it progressed she was able to identifiy what was causing my pain and why. I could literally feel the pain melting away. She also followed up with instructions for self care to encourage lasting effects!I will be following up for more treatments. I highly recommend you do too!
