BEST hair salon in Albuquerque! I went in to get a fresh cut for fall, and was so impressed by this lovely salon. I wanted a textured bob, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it! Brittany, the stylist & owner, cut my hair perfectly. She was so skilled and friendly, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She also taught me how to style my hair. My husband also got a haircut after me, and told me it's the best haircut he's ever gotten. Such a friendly, welcoming environment and it's styled so beautifully inside. So grateful to have found this gem!

Love this hair shop so much! The staff is wonderful and so kind. I've been coming here for years and absolutely love the work they do. Love the vibe of their shop - so relaxing. If you need a stylist, check them out!

Emily Polnick gave me a wonderful haircut! She was kind and patient with me as i walked her through some of my hair problems and offered possible solutions. She was knowledgeable and empathic! She took great time and focus with my haircut, extremely attentive. I can't wait to go back to her!!

I absolutely love Olivia!! She has cut my hair about four times and each time it gets better and better. She is so confident behind the chair and easy to talk to about my hair needs. She does exactly what I want and does it beautifully. She doesn't push products nor does she try to up sale something I don't want or need. I am so happy I found her.

Huge bummer--they're not following COVID safety protocols or the public health order. Several people inside unmasked and stylist declined to wear a mask during an appointment, even though it's required by law (and she also said she's not vaccinated, so double whammy).

Walked in to get a cut and they were booked for the day so I made an appointment for cut and color consult the following day. I found another salon that had walk in availability so I got my cut and called Town's to cancel my appointment. When I called, they told me I was responsible for 50% of the price of my cut since I was canceling within 48 hours and asked me if I was okay with this, which I absolutely am not. If I was told this at the time of booking or at anytime prior, it would have been fine. However, you can't enforce a policy that you have not disclosed. They then told me that I can't be a customer again until I pay the money I owe. Really poor customer service. Fortunately, they don't have a card on file so I guess I won't be paying.RESPONSE: Actually, as I said, I was a walk-in so I did not go to your website. My text confirmation mentioned nothing about a cancellation policy. Yes, a lot of salons have a cancellation policy, yet many don't. The ones that I've been to that have one, communicate this.

INCREDIBLE. I've had multiple girls at this shop do my hair over the past couple of years and they're ALL outstanding. They genuinely care about the state of your hair's health, as well as making it look like you want it to! They're also super fun to talk to and amazing women in general. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to help Make America Great Again! They will do a great job, cutting, coloring and styling hair; I have been to 2 of the stylists, although my most recent fave left. Regardless this shop so so cute and filled with native jewelry and southwest goods (but I am not sure which tribes the native jewelry comes from--oh well)! I prefer to go to a place where the staff is friendly and respectable and not to "out there" (like church family). I love knowing that my money is going to people and causes that believe what's RIGHT!

Not reliable. Got a bad haircut and color that looked nothing like the picture we looked at together. Be careful about this place.
