Really enjoyed my stay here. I was efficiently checked in by Dee Dee. She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. I appreciate her having my room ready. She took the time to explain the amenities & hours of the property and recommended local restaurants. I had a two Queen Bed suite. Came with a refrigerator, microwave & kitchen area. I love having this as I tend to always have leftovers. Great location, clean & new hotel and great customer service. I will definitely stay here again

Stayed here in November 2024 and had a great experience. The check in process was smooth and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean and the kitchenette was fully stocked. Having a larger room and bathroom was a nice surprise. The closet was a nice touch especially for longer stays. I didn't take advantage of the included breakfast but it was a nice selection. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Four stars for a reasonably priced clean place to stay in a central location in Albuquerque. Love that they have a nice big well lit and free self parking lot. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean and spacious . The hand soap bars had a crazy strong scent to them that gave me a bit of an allergy unfortunately. Bedding was clean though a tad worn in spots. The room was well appointed and the bed and couch were comfy. Our room with a view wasn't much of a view but it was still pretty nice. The breakfast wasn't great but it was free and well stocked. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area.

BED BUGS. Not sure if these are actual bed bugs or fleas or some other type of bug but when I turned down the sheet, there were bugs in the bed. The assistant manager was rude and unkind and while they offered to move us, we had already unpacked after a very long 2 days of driving, all I wanted to do was sleep for a few hours and get out! The shower had mold and was dirty. They refused to refund the full cost of the room. Stay elsewhere.

Having the opportunity to regularly stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, not a professional hotel reviewer by any means, and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer, I have developed as what I believe is my concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. But before my scoring, I must say, this has been one of the most enjoyable stays at a hotel I've had regardless of its spectrum of price, quality and/or location. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 4.5]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score: 5.0]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score: 5.0]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score: 5.0]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score: 5.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score:5.0]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: 4.9. Exceptional. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is/are: the availability of frozen meals available for emergency eats situations in lobby; extensive comfortable seating and TVs in the lounge area; comfortable seating in both outdoor eating patio and smoking section with the creature comforts of seating outside for we smokers; and well-lit exteriors. Most negative points found here are: were basically none. My price to value to overall assessment: very, very, very good.

It's a tad expensive but a nice facility. It does accept dogs and there were plenty there. The $50 pet fee certainly isn't used to clean up dog feces. Watch your step.

It's a very new hotel. It's very conveniently located near many restaurants and other attractions in the Old Town area and near the Pueblo Cultural Center. It's also about expectations; everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. There are so many cool places nearby you'll have fun just seeing them. They got me the type of room I wanted with no problem. The rooms were clean and nice. The room's itself had all the space I needed and a Mini refrigerator and coffeemaker, which I use. Everything was working just fine and very clean I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to try to help me in any way that it could the hotel was great and made for relaxing stay. I stayed for almost three weeks.
