Town & Country Cabinets

I love my new cabinets don't get me wrong, I just don't like their customer service.1. We weren't told that the new cabinets would be smaller than our old ones and now the Microwave is sticking out more than we like2. They send one worker out to install the cabinets, he took 2 weeks for a small kitchen to finish, he was never on time. We wanted our new Farmers sink set back, because it also stuck out more than we liked and he told us flat out that it can't be done. The second set of workers that finished the job, were more accommodating, they set my sink back but accidentally damaged the waterline underneath 3. Town and Country didn't take any responsibility for the damage, didn't pay for the plumber or the cleaning of our carpet in the living room, that got soaked because of the water leak. They should have insurance for this, accidents happen. 4. I was informed that they don't like my reviews on different sites - well, if they would give good customer service they wouldn't have to worry about bad reviews. 5. They charged our contractor for the countertops my husband put in.

Henry and his crew did an amazing job every step of the way. They showed up early, were professional, were carful with my new floor and cleaned up after them selves. Henry kept me in the loop every step of the way from beginning to end making sure me and my Wife were satisfied. The cabinets and counter tops are amazing my kitchen looks like a showroom kitchen but better. We love to show off our kitchen to everyone. Plus my wife is very happy with her new kitchen, and is men know that's a very good thing.

I just love my hallway linen closet doors. The installers were professional and very friendly. They made sure the installation was seemless. I would highly recommend this business.

Stay away from this company there work is poor at best and they have zero customer service. Would give less the 1 star

This company blew me off off twice. first Henry Montoya promised to call me back and didn't call, and had clearly forgotten his conversation with me when I called him a week later. then Stephen Montoya set an appointment to come and measure at my house and never showed up and never even called. I can take a hint and will take my business elsewhere andI advise you to do the same.

Steven and the crew at Town and Country Cabinets did a great job installing our new kitchen cabinets and countertops. They came to our house a few times to check and double check measurements, making sure everything was accurate. During COVID they showed up in their masks, were friendly, and professional. Steven called frequently to update us on scheduling and details. Also,, when we had questions, they never ignored our calls if they weren't readily available. When I requested shelf pins for spare shelves, they ordered more and brought them to our front door. They are a legitimate company in Albuquerque's South Valley who work hard for their customers. We are very pleased with our beautiful cabinets and countertops. We highly recommend them!!!
