TLC Uniforms

Horrible customer service and the prices are jacked up. I came in for ONE patch and they charged me $11. They also straight up ignored me after helping a customer and rudely walked away to the back of the store.NOT RECOMMEND

Needed to get clip ties for graduation ceremony deadline and found an assortment here. That being said I would not consider them a full scale Law Enforcement retailer. Good for specialty items and an option if Neves or Kaufmans doesn't have something in stock, but otherwise I'd go to Neves (before Kaufamns and definitely TLC) because Neves has so much more in warehouse and is a bigger LE supplier, operation.

Every single time I come here the wait is so long for simple purchases or a check for funds not used. The service is horrible and they won't reimburse you when your order comes in wrong. They constantly blame the customer. I'm not sure how this place is allowed to be open.

Awesome service. Came in with my buddy who works for AFD. They did a great job on his uniforms. I wish my department would go through them instead of neves, they are a nightmare.
