My fiancé and I stopped in for a late lunch while traveling from Ojo Caliente back through SF on our way to Albuquerque. We had spent a few days in SF prior to that and as a vegan, I really struggled to find vegan options in the area. I am a huge fan of Nepali/Tibetan food and was confident this would be a winning choice. I called ahead to confirm that the noodles used in the chow mein were vegan and the person who I spoke to confirmed they are.We were the only people in the restaurant when we came in around 2pm. It is cozy, bright, and clean. There are colorful prayer flags strung from the ceiling throughout. We were greeted warmly by the server who answered my questions about what was vegan without hesitation. We started with the Laphing (cold mung bean noodle) which I had never tried before. It was tangy, refreshing, and a little spicy. Not my favorite, but fun to try and I would eat it again especially on a hot day. For our mains, I got the veggie chow mein & the veggie momo (both are vegan). My fiancé got the chicken chow mein and chicken momo. The chow mein portions were a little smaller than I expected, but the taste was divine and we were satisfied! The momo were absolutely delicious with the tangy, spicy sauce and we both cleared our plates. Overall the service was very quick, efficient and friendly and the place was very cozy and comfortable. We absolutely loved the food & will come back next time we are traveling in New Mexico!

The food was delicious. Never had Nepalese food before. Great flavors and some serious heat. The service was quick and friendly. It's a simple restaurant in a strip mall, but I highly recommend it!

Really delicious! I was thoroughly impressed with the chillie (spelling?!) chicken, pakoras and fried rice I had there. Everything was cooked to perfectikon and spiced very generously.Last but not least, I feel the momos deserve their own mention, they were better than a lot of momos I had while in Nepal! Incredible flavor, well rolled (nice and tight!) and with a really good tomato sauce on the side.I am already excited to go back soon!

When in #santafe for an appointment (2023), why not catch an early dinner before church? This adorable place called Tibet was just what the doctor ordered! I kept things gentle and ordered chicken and rice not spicy, and hubby ordered vegetable steamed dumplings (think similar to the soup ones from Costco). Everything was delicious and the brand new super sweet waitress (who exuded the Zen vibe present throughout this cozy spot) did a great job checking in on us. I asked about traffic, as the location is hidden away from the main road, and she explained that word of mouth consistently brings people in. Definitely 5/5 #gourmetrecovery #supportlocalbusiness #smallbusiness #santaferestaurants #restaurantreview

We recently had a group dinner and it couldn't have been better. They arranged a beautiful table in a private area. The wait staff was on top of assisting us. The food was organic and very fresh. I had the soup of the day and "pink" hummus. I couldn't finish it all Something to remember is that they only take cash and they do not offer alcohol but will charge a cork fee if you bring your own

The bone broth soup is amazing. Every time I go back to Santa Fe, especially if it's cold... I make a beeline for that bone broth soup. The veggie Momo's were good too.

We went here on a Sunday lunch. The server was new and did not know a thing about the menu or when they serve buffets. He went inside for all 3 basic questions of us. They were out of vegetarian momos, so we ordered just a chow mein. It came in less than 2 minutes, which was surprising. The noodles were warm at the most. The noodles weren't stir fried and the chow mein hardly had any oil. We added the chutney (sauce) that came along with it and it was awesome. The chow mein tasted good overall after the addition of the sauce.

Very friendly staff and decent food. I love Tibetan food and it's not easy to find. We had the buffet so I can only speak to that- the food was just ok but I will still give it a 3 star because it is buffet food which is rarely ever great. The rice and noodles were edible but not great especially the rice was dry. I liked the idea of the tofu and green beans but it was just lacking in seasoning. The best two things were the curry chicken I really enjoyed and the vegetable momos. Flavoring inside was very similar to a samosa. I found their momos a bit on the thick side for the dough I've had thinner ones before and I enjoyed that more.I would like to go back and try a dish made to order which I suspect would be much better. I will give A plus to very friendly and attentive staff.

Scalding chai that burned my mouth, barely 1/2 a cup of watery lentil soup for $6.23, pakora that was greasy, soggy and had a stray piece of fried tofu in it? Avoid
