As always, the waffleria does not disappoint. The 6 year old loved the "just strawberries and waffles". Hubby has the rancheros and I had the "bacon and eggs" - bacon baked into the waffle. While distance and crowds keep the waffleria an infrequent occasion for us, it's consistently good and there's always something new to consider. Staff is very patient and friendly. Ambiance relaxed, not too loud ( again depending on how busy it gets).

Tia B's Waffleria has a nice vibe, but my experience with the food fell a bit short.Parking is easy, with a lot located to the side of the building. When you enter, you order at the counter, and the restaurant has a cozy, house-like feel with seating both inside and in a lovely courtyard out back.I ordered the chicken and waffles on a buttermilk waffle, but unfortunately, the dish was underwhelming. Both the waffle and chicken were served cold, and the chicken was a bit dry. It seemed like there might have been only one chef in the kitchen, which could explain the quality issues. While I wouldn't return for the food, the coffee seemed promising, and the courtyard is a great spot to relax.

The food is fantastic! I had 3 different waffles to try (sharing is caring with friends) including goat cheese and candied black cherry, which holy moly flavors popping in your mouth! I opted for the chicken and waffles (classic combo) and damn, 1/2 went home and was even incredible the next day! Hot sauce on the chicken and then maple syrup and buttermilk waffle. My friend got the blue corn waffles with rancheros, not my fave, but it was still good! I am not a fan of ordering food at a counter, waiting in line, but that is their model. Get there early as that line grows the later in the morning it gets!

La Wafferia is a hidden gem with locals. They make their most flavorful waffles that can be customized to a sweet or savory pallette. I've tried a variety of them ans they are always amazing. It's hard to choose a favorite.

Food itself was good but the wait for the food was very long about 45m on a Thursday. When we arrived there was no line. We were not sure what to order since it was our first time visiting. I opted to try a savory waffle the Ranchero with Christmas chile and a side of bacon. My cousin had the strawberries and cream. Prices are a bit high for my liking but the food is filling. We sat outside which had more seating than inside. There were plenty of spots with shade. We had to grab our own silverware, water and napkins before siting so kinda like a carry out place. The staff would wander the area to deliver food orders but since the seating is spread out they sometimes made circles around the restaurant. As we saw the staff circling they kept skipping our table and we were worried they forgot our food or something happened. We noticed a few other people didn't have food either and figured they were there before us. We waited and waited....I got anxious at the 30m mark and by this time there was a line of people waiting to order and I wanted to ask about our order but didn't want to get in line just to ask on status.Eventually our food came out we were so hungry we almost left to another place down the road. The food was good but not sure if it was because we were hungry or that it was actually good. I later read online that this is typical so beware and be ready to wait a long time for your meal. They either need more waffle makers or do something in the kitchen to make things faster.

Tia's is an excellent choice for breakfast or brunch. The waffle selection is irresistible, and the one I tried was absolutely delicious. The waffle was perfectly cooked, with toppings that complemented it perfectly. The prices are fair, offering great value for what you get. The coffee was flavorful, though a bit on the pricier side for the portion size. The staff was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The indoor seating is cozy and ideal for small groups, while the outdoor patio is perfect for larger groups, especially on sunny days. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

This place was really good. The waffles were so crispy and light, and accompanying that with the fruit sauce, it was delicious. I never order waffles. I think the only time I've eaten waffles is when I was kid and that's it. But Tia B's definitely changed my perspective on it. Make sure you come early, cause the line definitely builds up fast. I ended up getting the blueberry waffle with a lavender whip cream. It was delicious. I loved the light flaky crunch it had, and the blueberry sauce was not overwhelming at all. It was perfectly sweet and balanced. I also thought the whip cream was good too. The lavender wasn't strong at all, and the light floral notes made the waffle taste even better. My friends also ordered different waffles dishes and they can all attest that their dishes definitely hit the spot. We all pretty much got a waffle dish. Definitely recommend coming here and give this place a shot!

This will be our last time at Tia B's. The food was undeniably good, as always. Service has always been mediocre, but today was exceptionally bad. When it's busy during the summer peak times, I have no problem waiting for my food, as I know what I'm signing up for. This is especially true when the staff is hard at work. Today there were maybe 20 people total at the restaurant. There was no line to order, which was a first for us. Yet, our food took an hour to come out. They had 5 people running food and bussing tables and I assume one person in the kitchen. One of the food runners was only tending to her family's table, and rolling her eyes at any requests from other tables. We will not be back.
