I love this place. It was actually recommended to me by another smaller bead shop. I had a thrifted bracelet that needed some replacement stones and the staff who is amazing really helped. If you need replacement cabachons this is a perfect spot. If you have ever tried to replace a stone with a jeweler you know it not only difficult but pricey. I had a native bracelet with a missing stone and to have jeweler replace was $90. Before I had been to thunderbird!And the people are just super. Went back with my daughter who loved it a bit too much but got some stunning piecesWill definitely be back

Not the greatest. I came for bead strands and they were not able to match the color I had. They do have a good number of options for jewelry making but the store seems a little sparse. However they do have a lot of staff so getting help is no problem at all.

I typically come here once a year for one item. 2/3 of the time they've been out. But the staff is super nice and my husband always finds what he is looking for. If you need jewelry making supplies this is a great place for your needs. My items are the safety backs for earrings - they are very inexpensive! I got 300 for less than $5

Love it! They have everything for silversmithing and metalsmith. I've been into wire wrapping lately and they have a convenient wall of copper/bronze already wrapped up, just pull and go! I was sad most their jump rings and sterling silver bits I needed were sold out even after providing 5-6 alternative SKUs so unfortunately was not a 1 stop shop.

Just tried to place an order online- for sterling items- I get done, and it tells me that: We need to attach an extra $30.00 for overages on orders for sterling, stones, shipping- Huh? Did call, very nice young man answers, tells me it was also stated one other pages. (ok but I didn't see it) Also says I should get the $30.00 back but can't say for sure, something about the sterling weight. Well if you can't tell me the actual price per piece on the website (it sure looks like its a set price!) then I'm not ordering!! I didn't understand this at all. Sigh. If it looks too good to be true, check twice.

There is a good selection here in a large no-frills warehouse type building. Prices seem good.It is not the friendliest place; it is a bit arrogant. We have done a lot of beading, but when we asked for certain types of beads, we were told with seeming irritation that we were using the wrong name (we tried several different names and then when I saw them and pointed them out they corrected us even though our familiar name was written right on the package).2 or 3 of the workers we encountered seemed to similarly assume we were ignorant and then chose to chastise us for it rather than provide helpful service. Luckily, we are experienced enough that this was annoying rather than intimidating. I would not want to come here as a beginner.This is the first beading shop we've found in Albuquerque with such a good range of beads. We will check some others out and may end up coming g back here if we can't find what we need elsewhere. But I don't like working with beads that remind me of the unpleasant time I had purchasing them, so all in all, I hope we find a happier place to frequent.

I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and recently received silver that was defective (way off with the size) When I asked them to replace the pieces they refused and wanted to charge for them. They don't guarantee the cuts so if I order one size and receive a different size I'm out of luck. I paid for more than what i received. I would be out of business if I did this to my customers.

I placed an online order in February but there was a glitch and they were unable to charge my card. I went to pick it up and the items were on sale which saved me a little money. I placed another order and soon found out they had charged my card for the first order again. The amount was different than the invoice and the employee did not enter my customer account number. I called Gallup to tell them of the error and the woman was absolutely horrible. Any time I tried to explain the error she would interrupt me and she would tell ME to stop being rude. I couldn't understand why she was being rude. I soon realized that she was the one that had made the mistake with my original order!!

Upon our first visit we browsed the store a while after which an employee suggested we shop elsewhere without fully asking or offering to shows us merchandise that we expressed an interest in! We won't be going back but I don't think they care so...
