Three Fountains Apartments

I recently moved in and I absolutely love my apartment. It was so clean and nice with new carpet and paint. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I love my balcony and cannot wait to decorate it next spring. I hope to live here for many years.

Don't be fooled. This place is steadily declining, manager doesn't care and thank God is leaving. Assistant mgr is curt and cares even less. I moved here for the heated pool and jacuzzi for my health issues after I sold my condo.The pool is closed more than it's open and when the jacuzzi broke they had it removed. NO ADJUSTMENT IN RENT for the inconveniences. Rent goes up every year. Mostly seniors live here and enjoy the warm pools to exercise in. Who cares! Elevators breakdown and if you can't use stairs to get to your upstairs apt, you are stuck! People had to call the fire department. Cockroaches in the filthy trash rooms. Main entry doors are often left ajar or wide open and strange people wander right in. Who cares! The grounds are very special with the fountains and adorable ducks but the pond areas are filthy and filled with debris. Very sad.NO APPRECIATION for an excellent tenant. Very disappointed. I'm handicapped and it will be almost impossible for me to move out. I'm a friendly person and generally positive but I've reached my limit.

If you are thinking of moving into this apartment complex, don't bother! They haven't had any immentaties opened in over a year when other apartments do, security is hardly ever there, water is turned off more than it's on, and the assistant manager is curt, rude, and unprofessional. They shouldnt have steps because of elderly and disabled having to use scooters or walkers. It should be having ramps to make it safer. The bridge going over the front fountains doesn't feel safe; it's falling apart. If they can't make it a safer place, then they shouldnt keep upping the rent. Unfortunately I had to move as I'm an elder and fell on the steps.

I find living in Three Fountains Apartments quiet, affordable, convenient, with friendly staff and beautiful grounds. I rented here, sight unseen, and do not regret my choice. See for yourself!

This is my second time living here in 11 years. I am so glad to have moved back. When ever any thing goes wrong in your apt they are right there to fix the problem. I have never had any one the office be anything but polite and professional. The manager Lisa cares about everyone here and is more than willing to help in any way she can. This is a great place to live and feel safe.
