Chad gave me a great price on a 200 amp service panel upgrade for my residence. After the install and upon power up there was an arc at the top of the panel, creating a black spot around the panel and wall. Asked about it and he said it was "fine" leaving it as is. A month later, we had a power outage and tripped a couple breakers. I noticed that now all of the Circuit Breakers are mismatched. The living room CB is really the bathroom, etc. I contacted him about this and was basically ignored on two different occasions. While he is a nice guy...I would probably go elsewhere next time.

We hired him for a job and he completely disappeared....Never returned a call.We even paid him upfront. Very disappointing experience.
